I was 'warned" that Dr. Cohen could be "mean" but he was a good doctor so I chose to see him. From my first visit on, and I have been seeing him for about 5 yrs, had two surgeries with him and find him to be one of the most caring and nicest doctors I have met...and I work in the medical profession! His skill is beyond question and perhaps people need to look at themselves before "blaming" him for any personality issues. Yes..his humor is dry and he is definitely "business first"...but to call him dismissive and rude is nothing I have experienced and frankly, I wonder what their part was is in the interaction!! Wouldn't change him for the world!!

Not a fan. Saw him twice for my yearly eye check up and he was rude and dismissive. I told him what eye drops I used and he insisted they were contact solution and acted like I was dumb and then did not want to bother looking at them. I recently saw Dr. Mignone at Caremount who I do, in fact, recommend. Oh, and he took the time to look at my eye drops and did not insinuate I was dumb and using contact solution.

Unfortunately, most people write reviews for bad experiences and this is no exception. Sorry to say he has a reallllly awful bedside manner. He basically made fun of me and then was completely annoyed. Oh well. I'll be going to someone else moving forward.

Routine annual appointment — and first time seeing this doctor. the appointment felt rushed and very impersonal. Overall, I spent almost 2 hous in the office but maybe 10 minutes of that was with him. I walked our feeling like a piece of meet, not a person ... and it was so rushed that a few questions went unanswered.

Dr. Cohen is wonderful. He is kind and gentle and answers questions completely, I feel fortunate to have him as my eye doctor

Dr. Cohen is very down to earth. He explains things well. He makes me feel very comfortable.
