Dr. Evankovich is an amazing doctor and urologist. My mom is a patient at his office and had to have surgery. He was great with her. He explained everything to us and what was done and took the time to listen to her concerns. Thank you

As a direct family member of a individual that goes to this office and as a healthcare provider myself, this is easily the most mismanaged and incompetent staff I have come across in Erie. We were to attempt an experimental drug promoted by the physician, the staff assured us that the cost of the medication would be completely covered with the use of a pharmaceutical coupon. This specific coupon was managed entirely through the office and office staff. We were presented with a $2,000 charge for the medication that the office said would be free or nearly free. Upon talking to the office and the billing department regarding this as well as a through a call with the pharmacist and the insurance company nothing was done via the office to help with this expense. Additionally the rudeness and overall incompetence of the staff, specifically Chris whom works with Dr. Evanovich, was extremely disheartening considering my father had been a patient for over 2 years at this office. At this time I have no issue with the physician pending an appointment next week. However the blatant rudeness of the staff to my family and myself alike makes me recommend that anybody searching for urological services go elsewhere. Seen him for a surgery. Very down to earth guy. Would go to him again.

Top notch professional care.

If you are a younger guy and looking to have a vasectomy, I would strongly recommend Dr. E. He was great and answered all my questions. He makes the surgery feel light when it’s a sensitive topic .He also prescribed pain medications which I appreciated because not all urologists do so. The surgery was roughly 30 mins.

Disregard other comments. Went here for a vasectomy, dr gave me all the information I needed, and spend plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions. Procedure went smooth, and I didnt feel a thing other than some tugs. He did an excellent job, and a year later i dont have any more kids ;) In all seriousness he made me feel comfortable about something I was nervous about. After going to Hamot Hospital 4 times complaining about pain they continued to tell me I had a small mass in my back that was near my adrinal gland. I was told it was nothing to worry about and it would resolve itself. After another 3 years I went to Saint Vincent's and they referred me to the uralogy department. Dr. E was nice and listened to what I had to say. After a more in depth scan he told me I had a rare Phemocryocitoma and it needed to be removed. He explained he could believe I was still walking around after 4 to 5 years with itcausing trouble. He gave me information to get it covered under insurance and took the beast out. I remember him comming to check on me after sugery. He explained everything went well and I'd be ok. One of the best Doctors I have met! Thank you again!

I was here an hour and a half. Guess how much time I spent with the doctor? ONE MINUTE! The medical profession is a farce.

I am 12 years from my prostate surgery. Dr. Evankovich has been on top of changes of which one was discussed today. He will see me again in 4 months, instead of the 6 to 12 month visits. He explained what course of action will be used if the psa remains elevated.

Wonderful Dr & surgeon. He has helped me a few times. Done 2 surgerys on me & I couldn't be more pleased with the care he gives.

Dr. Evan Kovach operated on me and fixed the problem when no one else would, not even the doctors that had originally messed me up. Thanks to him I am now living a very active and productive life as a paramedic again. Some people may not like his bedside manner, his is straight forward and to the point, I personally loved that about him. AWSOME DOCTOR! !!!!
