I was not seen by any doctor as I was told that I can't be treated because they needed to see something from my lawyer that the case was closed. I provided the lawyers name and number so whats the purpose that kind of information was requested ? Call them and find out, simple. and I definitely won't be back to put up with anymore disrespect from some of those unprofessional people working there. They have n attitude shout at u and all. Worst ever!

I was scheduled to see Dr. Feanny but did not see him because the office staff wanted to charge me for an X-ray. (I had my medical history and brought previous * reports* of X-rays and mris) At no time prior to the appointment was I told I needed to bring discs for 1st appointment for the Dr. to review, despite this being ‘office policy’. The staff appear to be overwhelmed and intent on maximizing insurance reimbursement. Very busy and unappealing office location and staff. Would NOT recommend

STAFF who called you in the back office and did the x-rays was nasty and unprofessional.I called two different days to confirm my appointment with Dr.Feanny and waited till after I had a x-ray done,and was sitting in the room waiting. I got a different doctor, ,DrFeanny wasn't in the office I believe I should be notified and have a choice,if we want to see a different doctor .Plus I needed Two areas checked when I called to make this appointment and was told by the tech I was only allowed one x-ray???Nobody told me anything about this when I called prior to coming .Waiting an hour to be called in after your appointment time is not acceptable .So disappointed with his visit

The doctors are very efficient and communicate well with patients and family members. Technicians are very considered. I am thankful to know about this place where X-rays can be done right away. Referrals for other tests where done promptly. I do recommend Dr Feanny at TOC

Dr. Feanney is absolutely awesome. Cares for his patients tremendously

Dr Feanny was very thorough and honest and reassuring. The facility is well run and efficient. Although I am looking at surgery in the near future, I left feeling better than before I got there.

Explains conditions and treatments. Takes time to answer my questions.

Today visited Dr Feanny for a problem in right hand wrist. The staff was A plus very fine people and the Dr listen to me and my situation and resolve it and gave an explanation of what was going on. I will recommend Total Orthopedic to any one who need otho help Thanks to everyone from my heart ??

Great! My appointment was at 8:15 am. I was seen at 8:35 am. The staff iss excellent as always. I do prefer the earlier appointment. The wait time is short and sweet. I was seen by the NP. She was professionnel and caring. Her assistant was as well.

My visit was great like usual Dr. Feanny is the best, he brought me a long way. I don’t know who put him a four star but they are wrong. Dr Feanny saw me today concerning both knee and neck issues. He is an outstanding Dr and provided me with great advice concerning both issues.

Dr Feanny is a very good doctor with a lots of years experience ,he did a hip replacement surgery for my husband ,and that was a successful surgery we are very pleased with the results ,now am seeing Dr Feanny for my self .I have very bad pain in both knees being having the pain for over a month .I hardly can walk or stand the first day I went they did a fews X-ray so he can know what my problem was .I was treated in the office and by time I got home was able to walk and stand without any pain ,if you’re are looking for a good doctor with a lot of experience Dr Feanny is the one . I love Dr. Feanny, since day one he has made me feel at ease. He takes his time answering questions and concerns I may have regarding my injury. He makes me feel like I matter. His office staff is always friendly and helpful.

The experience at this facility was horrendous and unprofessional. The staff are rude and unaware of effective communication: As a result of my experience today I am going to another physician to take care of my knee.

After the exam the doctor took time and made sure I understood his findings. Than he informed me of his recommendations. He also give Me a copy of his findings. Give me a treatment plan. I feel very good about Feanny. I will recommend him for anyone needing Orthopedic treatment.

Wonderful doctor with great nurses and staff. Always caring, polite and supportive of the patient's needs. Dr. Feanny is a fantastic surgeon with eexcellent knowledge.

I went to Dr Feanny”s office for a condition in my hand. I was seen by his PA which didn’t seem to know anything. After asking him a few questions his answer was that nothing could be done at this time and I should read up on the condition, I did read up and a lot can be done before it gets to surgery stage. I never got the chance to speak to Feanny which was very disappointing. Dr Feanny is very knowledgeable and to have this guy representing him is not good for his reputation. I have made any appointment to see another doctor elsewhere.

I met Dr Fianny yest ago when he gix my right shoulder now he fixed mu knee he is so professional I love him

My appointment was at 9:30. I was called for x-rays at 10:00. I saw the Dr's assistant at 10:10 and Dr. Feanny at 10:40. I was there to set up knee replacement surgery. The xrays showed bone on bone. Dr. Feanny only wanted to give me Ibuprofen and said no to surgery. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and left.

Visited Dr. Feanny? Not likely! I waited over 2 hours at my appointment today. Never even saw the actual doctor. As we all know, when a doctor leaves the premises it's top secret. No surprise there. PA/nurse stepped in, only to review the past visit. Disappointing.

I have been suffering from planter fasciitis for almost a year and today was my 1st time seeing ???? that Dr and I am praying that ths pain never comes back. He gave me a shot and I walked out without pain

Very good Doctor. Great care. Very good sport Doctor. Sergeant too. Took good care of me when I broke my wrist. And more. I always recommend this Doctor to people.

First visit didn't even get to see the doctor.I get there and I bring my MRI disc and paper work. no one prior to my appointment tells me what I'll be getting done/ needed.X-ray tech was extremely rude and could have explained the process better.Once she started giving me an attitude that shows me the kind of staff you have and I don't need to return in the future.She then takes me to the front where the other receptionist are and loudly tells the receptionist in front of everyone "she is refusing an x ray and wants her money back!".Even the receptionist was at a lost for words and stared at me confused.I then spoke to the receptionist and she apologize for her behavior.And explained to me the process of what needed to be done. Which I appreciated because I've never done this before, she even went around/ outside the window to speak to me and offered another X-ray tech. I did decline because I was upset and wanted to leave immediately.I waited almost an hour to be seen just to leave.

I’ve been a patient for years and highly recommend him. He did my knee replacement and the outcome was much better than I expected. I’ve referred others to him. The only issue is there is typically a wait to see him, but with Covid, that’s an issue every where.

Waited 2 hours to see doctor, inexcusable Not ever returning, then was told surgery would be in 6 month If I decided to go ahead with operation Was refer to another doctor I’m not returning to this clinic again

It took 1h 30 minutes for me to be seen by Dr. Feanny without an explanation or apology. Also, I had to request the door to be closed while very private information about my health was being discussed. The staff overall was very professional.

I'm only giving one star and that's for the staff they deserve 5 but dr feaanny really disappointed me. I had a failed knee replacement because I have chronic arthritis and degenerative bone disease. I just wanted a 2nd opinion on other treatments but he was so rude he looked at my x-rays and said he didn't see any problems but I tried to explain my situation and he interrupted me saying he was a surgeon and what did I expect and when he asked me my medical history he interrupted again and said I had too many issues and questioned my medications that I take for the pain. I asked him about a brace and he said why it wouldn't make a difference then he starts dictation. I left crying. Unless someone goes through any pain they don't understand. Never go there. I saw Dr Feanny for an ongoing problem with my wrist. I recently had a baby and developed dequervains. I tried managing conservatively, but recently the pain has become severe. Dr. Feanny put me completely at ease and answered all of my questions and concerns. I also had an injection with him at this visit and although I was advised it would be a “painful injection” Dr. Feanny was so gentle it was more than tolerable. I am more than happy with my treatment and will be seeing him for any future orthopaedic related issues.

I never met the man, but Johan (nurse practicioner?) and the rest of the staff were competent and friendly. I look forward to my follow up visit next month.
