Very pleased with office staff. Very happy with their knowledge n my husband's treatment done by qualified and caring medical staff.

Unorganized Don’t care when they mess up. Had appointment for two months they ran my insurance and did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know that they do not take my blue select. Come in the day of my appointment and that’s when I was informed. The comment was well there’s nothing I can do.

Allowed freeze can is 14 spots on body per visit. That is never communicated to you and you end up scheduled 3 times to do the what can be done in one visit,resulting in YOU being over billed. He's so fast in and out of the exam room. Impersonal. Overbooked. Don't mistake location for quality of service. ***AVOID***

Well I went to Dr Freeman's office 4 times. I went to treat my eczema. Seems after a biosey I had hives. New meds and soap lotion. Went today now have stassis dermatitis no mention of hives. Given another procedure to follow and no follow appt. Just cut me loose! I guess he just gave up.

Dr. Freeman and his staff were knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. So glad I'm able to go back to him due to Medicare and my AARP United Healthcare Supplement. I've missed him.

Nice staff, had a good time for getting 2 moles biopsied, cant wait for the stitches to be removed.

Excellent service. Very welcoming and friendly environment. They make you feel like family, highly recommended.

This was my first visit and I thought everyone I met was very professional and friendly.

My experience was great !! It was how a doctor's office should be. You are greeted when you arrive and a smiling friendly receptionist tells you to "please have a seat and we will be right with you". She was really telling the truth, I didn't even get a chance to sit down and I was taken to an exam room. We all know normally when you hear" we will be right with you", that means 20-30 minute wait time. The remainder of the visit went just as well. Dr. Freeman is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I like Dr. Freeman he explains everything to you and then he gives you the written instructions. The staff was very friendly, efficient , and professional. The staff also also takes the time to explain everything to you and make sure you understand as does Dr. Freeman. Elizabeth Beadles and her entire staff are A+. Always professional and courteous. Never a wait and always willing to return phone calls and schedule an appointment to handle problems and concerns.

I can not say enough nice things about the staff and Doctors working in the Ocala office. Tammy in scheduling is outstanding, the staff is very pleasant and Sue is always very patient in answering all my questions. What a great team.

My second visit with PA-C Beadles was excellent. We discussed my disappoint with my first visit and I have to agree that it was a total misunderstanding and miscommunication between patient and doctor. PA-C Beadles took her time and was very helpful with explaining the treatment plan and made sure she left the final decisions to me. She made it clear that the treatment plan was on my timeline and she would be there for me when and if needed. As was mentioned in my earlier review the staff were excellent and very professional and made you feel very comfortable. Apologies to Dr. Freeman and Dr. Beadles for me rushing to judgement on my initial review. My second visit with PA-C Beadles was excellent. Our appointment was on time. Dr Sue was extremely helpful and took the time to explain things to my daughter about her treatment and about each product prescribed. We are extremely pleased with the treatment we received!

Dr.Ken Wallace is extremely competent, knowledgeable and caring. He is a wonderful Doctor who establishes trust between himself and his patient! His PA is also very professional and the rest of the staff compliments the practice.

In need of a dermatologist David made an appointment with Dr. Michael J. Freeman in his clinic on SW200 (one of the best decisions of his life). On David's follow up visit he was re-examined by Ms. Eliza Beadles, the Physician Assistant. He was very pleased to find Dr. Freeman and Ms. Beadles were both equally friendly, helpful, and competent. The same may be said of the entire staff: Krystal Mindhu, Jen, and Anusuka (apologies if I've omitted anyone). It's quite refreshing to encounteer such people in a medical clinic. Great office staff, great nurses and Dr Freeman is at the top of his field! Knowledgeable enough to skip unnecessary additional appointments and takes care of you on the first trip (unless follow ups are going to be needed). I wouldn’t have any other dermatologist taking care of me!

Dr. Freeman is always on-time for appointments and is a great communicator. He listens, observes and offers his advice from his years of experience.

Dr. Freeman is a nice man but his staff is good for nothing. On my last visits, the insurance paid them a lot of money and I was making monthly payments for the rest. The incredible thing was that for $41 they sent me to collection without having sent me a single notification. I'll find another dermatologist!
