Kudos to Falls Surgery / Implant Center! My primary (Iati) who has a great staff of friendly people has referred me to another great group! The parking lot is always full when I drive by! LOL! It’s never fun, right, but they do their best to make you comfortable. (Dr.) Hoffman, is the best. Period.
Absolutely the finest! HONEST, TALENTED, SKILLFUL, and ENERGETIC Dr. Hoffman. Akron is lucky to have you.
His staff misquoted what I would have to pay by $813, and then blamed the insurance company. My son experienced dry sockets and large pieces of bone erupting from the extraction sites. Then Lauren hung up on me after stating $100 a month payments would string it out 8 months, and they could not do that.
Dr. Hoffman's chair side manner was, at best, nonchalant. I had never had a tooth extracted, much less a molar, and he belittled me when I flinched. In addition, he missed extracting the entire root and left the root tip, which was discovered by an endodontist. When he was consulted, his response was "no big deal" which my dentist and another oral surgeon refuted. This required extensive oral surgery and a prolonged recovery. The implant he placed for my husband fell out of his jaw, literally.
