I went to Dr. Jones for an annual eye exam. Easy to make an appointment, staff are very nice, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Jones has the latest equipment, very nice and clean facilities, and he is very knowledgeable and caring. He evaluates your eye health and explains his evaluation so you understand. Outstanding experience.

I've been going to Dr. Jones for years and I really like him as my optometrist! The reason I gave a 3 star is because his new staff is rude, don't return phone calls, or bother even calling when your contacts or glasses arrive, seem irritated when I would ask for help when picking out my glasses. If I didn't like Dr. Jones as much as I do I would of already found another optometrist just because of his staff. There are a couple of people who work there that are ok. They have always been great to work with and very helpful.

Excellent service, Dr Jones is, for me, the best optometrist.

My daughter and I have been going to him for years. He’s a great doctor, he and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I recommend him to friends and family all of the time.

They always take care of you and make you feel comfortable. I have been going for years and that is why. Professional and great doctor as well as customer service!

I have been seeing Dr. Jones for well over 14 years. As a matter of fact, I like him so much that despite moving out of state (and experiencing terrible service, no one could get my high prescription right), when I moved back, I managed to find him again! The staff is wonderful, friendly, they always seem happy and they remember their clients. One receptionist even remembered me from before I'd moved away, 4 years later! My daughter came with me for her first eye exam last week and I was so impressed with how they do eye exams for little kids. She can be a bit of a fraidy cat with new experiences, but she'll probably have my eye issues so I hoped she would have a good experience, and she did! The ladies at the front desk even helped her pick out a cute pair of affordable glasses. I just cant say enough good things about this office. This is the best eye doctor in town. I made an appointment as a new patient and responded to their email with the time I would like my appointment to be. I never heard anything back, so I assumed my appointment was scheduled. I show up and they have not added me to their schedule and have another patient at the time I was scheduled for my appointment. Cleared my entire day to work around their suggested appointment time, and their solution is I wait the entire time of the patient they double booked over my time to be “squeezed in” to see the doctor. Not interested in having my exam be rushed and having them act like me being a customer is a problem they have to fix. The office is lovely, Dr. Jones has the knowledge. I wished his girls were more friendly. Reception and the girl who assisted me in choosing lenses were not uber warm. Didnt feel very welcomed.

Easy to make an appointment, I got in 2 days after my initial call as a new patient. The office was clean, roomy, and the staff was friendly. I've going to Dr. Jones for last 7 years. He is a great optometrist. He listen to your concern and explain everything in detail. He is patience and take time in examination. And his staff's are great too. Also, I love his new location.

The staff is very professional, caring and warm. Dr. Jones is the most professional, knowledgeable, eye doctor that I have ever encountered. He takes his time with each patient and is very thorough. My experience with Dr. Jones was incredible! I would definitely recommend this location, the staff with amazing as well. I came in for a check up and new pair of eye glasses, And received so much more. So they have this new machine that is only $15 more to see if you have any eye problem inside your eye, And it checks for eye problem that people might not know about early on like Glaucoma, Cataract, Bleeding even inside eye, Stuff like that. I truly recommended doing it, Very little out of pocket. And there was this very, very, kind caring staff her name is Dawn. So I also came in to see if they could fix my old pair of glasses, the results were outstanding!!! Poor customer service/patient care. I felt very rushed during my visit. Michael was professional but didn’t seem to know very much or seemed like he was ready to get the appointment over with. He was all over the place as if he had too much caffeine and it was hard to get a straightforward answer out of him. Then as I’m checking out glasses an employee named Vanessa, who’s attitude wasn’t the most inviting, was basically acting as my warden. I’d like to be able to browse the selection for a few minutes without being hawked especially when it’s not even that busy to try to rush a new patient to make a decision. I will take my business back to Vision Source on Sahara and I suggest anyone reading this who expects more compassion and patience to do the same. Poor customer service/patient care. So far, they have been the best in everything! Best quantity and styles in stock, and the best eye doctor! He's quick and very helpful with decision making. He is a bit hyper, as though he has ADD, but I'm not his doctor and he's always been like that ever since I started being a patient their. Most eye doctors that I've had, in the past, always did things at normal pace and waited until I made the decision. Therefore, I ended up second guessing myself, about 3/4 of the times lol. Where Dr. Jones doesn't have you stare through the lenses, for too long, to make a single decision at any slow rate. However, by the the end of the process you're amazed at how quickly and acurrately you can get through, and how much of a difference between your last prescription and your new lenses are! I don't feel worried about making the wrong decision, or worried my new glasses are going to be the wrong strength or whatnot. And I always end up paying less for more features =D. Everywhere I went in the past will charge $100's for this and $100 for that, and by the end all you can afford is just the basic needs. I love this place! They are so affordable and always friendly!!
