Dr. Michael Thomas Legeyt

First time meeting Dr.Legeyt. Oh my goodness what a caring affable man and also making for a very comfortable environment. He helped me so much with my thumb problems. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Dr. LeGeyt is extremely thorough, patient and kind. He lets you speak without interrupting which is so hard to find nowadays. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Legeyt was so wonderful with my 5 year old son who broke his arm. He talked to the kids in a caring and fun way while also educating me and letting me know what was going on. My son was very nervous about going to a new doctor who wasn’t his PCP that he sees all the time. He left saying how nice dr legeyt was and how he didn’t feel nervous there. Thanks again for the exceptional care given to my family!

The setting is very comfortable...the staff are very friendly and while I was there patients were very happy coming and going. Many patients were on a first name basis with their therapist or Dr. Dr. Legeyt made me feel very comfortable and at ease about my decision to have the arthritis in my thumbs fixed via surgery. I was very happy to be able to get an appointment with him and that he continues to hold true to his technique. I feel at ease knowing a pioneer in cmc joint repair is going to help me get relief from the pain in my thumb joints.

Dr. Legeyt is knowledgeable, compassionate and is a skilled surgeon. I shattered my elbow and he, somehow, put me back together. I thought I wouldn’t get much use of my arm after that, but I have gotten a great deal back because of him. Don’t hesitate to go to him for upper extremity issues.

I had to wait outside for 20 minutes since someone forgot to come and take my temperature when they said they would be right out. I called a second time to remind them, then it was taken care of. Tough time delay. My meeting with Dr. Legeyt was preceded by xrays in a short time for him to review. Then when we met, he was efficient with his diagnosis and explanation, and then explained the protocol for the next month. I will return for follow up in 4 weeks....

Office visit was a drop in and I was seen in a very timely manner. Xrays and exam done quickly but thoroughly and very professional.

Dr Legeyt is absolutely the BEST! I would recommend him to anyone! He has treated both my elbows for tennis elbow. Now I broke my ring finger in a bunch of places and he had done the surgery and in the process of healing. He has been incredible before, during and after. His assistant Kevin is also awesome! They are a great team! The staff at the surgical center made the process so easy for me and appreciate all of them. Thank you to Access Sports Medicine for having an AWESOME staff!

Due to this office having a new system for the last 3 years, and not finding my records, I'm now considered a "NEW" patient. And they no longer take the insurance I'm on, but when I was on blue anthem it was ok. And once my Veterans insurance kicks in, they'd take me??.... talk about "insurance discrimination"

I cut my pinky finger on a table saw, nearlycutting off the tip. Iwas treated at the scene and brought to the hospital ER for immediate treatment. Xrays showed the tip of the bone was broken and the nail was nearly cut off. I saw Dr. M. LeGeyt who set up for surgery to relocate the bone and nail. He gave me a strict followup regimen for home care to help with healing. After followup visits over three months Dr. LeGeyt guided the healing process which gave me back my finger. The important this Dr. LeGeyt's surgical skill and attentive followup care were the best. I would and have recommended him for orthopedic surgery and care. I have seen Dr. Leggett only once for my very first visit. It is a little early to list the stars but one thing is sure, he and his staff were very professional and welcoming. My first impression was great. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Dr.LeTter is always professional, courteous, caring and he explains everything and answers all of my questions. The office staff is welcoming and efficient. I travel 18 miles to get treated by the best.

Was very short. Trying to rush me out of his office. I am in a lot of pain with carpal tunnel and keeps sending me back to work. He was rude and sarcastic. It seems he didn’t believe I am in pain. I don’t recommend him to anyone. He is one of the most unprofessional Dr.s for a specialist I have ever dealt with.

I came to Dr. LeGeyt with a fractured wrist. He was gentle and reassuring while checking the break. His staff were very helpful and professional, applying a fracture brace and explaining how it works. I highly recommend them.

Excellent treatment by LeGeyt. I highly recommend him. I had a ganglion cyst removed that had limited my ability to perform my job as a guitar instructor, and after the treatment I was given , I was ready to continue my usual activity the very next day.
