The office staff is so wonderful! Dr. Loeffler and Dr.Chaleff are great at what they do and truly care!

Thank you Dr. Loeffler! I didn't realize how much my cataracts were affecting my vision. Everything now is so clear, bright and colorful. Dr. Loeffler, his front office staff and technicians are extremely friendly and efficient as well as relieving my anxiety. All my options for IOL's were explained clearly and recommended which were the best for my situation. Also a shout-out to the staff at Surgery Center at Coral Springs. Highly recommend Dr. Loeffler.

I would like to leave here my immense gratitude to Doctor Loeffler and his entire team starting at the reception that treated us with attentions and care, all the professionals who attend to the exams, Patricia who attended us explaining so well how everything works with great care and attention and the chosen clinic who also treated us with a lot of care and especially Doctor Michael Loeffler who does his job so well and with care. On days when people don't even look at you when we find a team / professionals that performed so well what they committed to, we have to say it. My mother is 73 years old and needs and like to be treat well and I am always with her to make sure she have the right treatment and she is very happy. Thank you!

A VERY GOOD DOCTOR

Dr. Loeffler did both of my cataract surgeries and lenses replacement I’m amazed of how it turned out the colors are so vivid everything is so clear there was no healing time at all just had to keep using drops for a couple of weeks ; he’s very professional and the the office keeps things moving important to me because I work I’ve never had to wait-longer than 5 mins in the waiting room. I highly recommend this office..

I had two visits at Dr. Loeffler's office, the first one was excellent, and the second exceeded the first. The staff is courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The office is clean, the staff is amazing and the wait to see the doctor is minimal. I have never been to a doctor's office and was so pleased with the customer service and the professionalism. I truly felt like I was a family member they were taking care of. My surgery is next week so be on the look out for the next review.

I have been a patient of Dr. Loeffler's for about 2 years now and he and his staff are wonderful. I had cataract surgery done on both eyes. Dr. Loeffler had been watching my eyes for about a year and never pushed me to have the surgery but did suggest it. I finally gave in because I just couldn't see to drive at night any more. He was so patient and kind and comforting to an apprehensive patient like me. He assured me I would be so happy afterward with the results and he was absolutely right. My vision is now 20/20! I would recommend this office to anyone seeking an experienced, well mannered, friendly office staff and well qualified Ophthalmologist.

I went to see Dr. Michael Loeffler after being worked up for over a year due to ptosis of one eyelid. After being jerked around by two other oculoplastic surgeons who were the utter worst in the field I found Dr. Michael Loeffler who was a breath of fresh air. His staff was absolutely wonderful from the moment I scheduled my first visit down to me constantly checking in to see that everything necessary had been received from my insurance. Dr. Loeffler is one of the few physicians I have met who truly loves what he does and cares about his patients. He is genuine and kind, explains everything in as basic terms as they get. Makes you feel at ease and so comfortable. He performed surgery to repair the ptosis I had been dealing with for about 2 years and I could not be happier with the results and the true compassion he had with me every step of the way. Dr. Michael Loeffler is truly 1 in a million and being a nurse myself I can truly say 100% that you can entrust your care to him.

Just had another procedure performed by Dr. Loeffler and his team. The experience was only surpassed by the results! Outstanding Dr. and staff! Thanks again.

I have seen Dr. Loeffler in the past for my yearly exams and it has always been very professional and very thorough. My husband had an acute problem and he saw him today. He came home and said "that is one sharp doctor." He commented on the professionalism and something that seems to be lacking in other doctors offices these days. Highly recommend.

A few weeks ago my eyeglass frame that I purchased many years ago from a different optician. Since Walter Denero, the optician in the office, had put new lenses in my glasses, I called him with my problem. Mr. Denero told me to bring in my glasses. I thought I would have to buy new frames which could have been expensive. However Mr. Denero had a frame just like my old ones and installed the lenses without charging me. Everyone in this office is professional, courteous, & attentive

Very disappointed in the treatment from receptionist. I couldn’t do eye drops on same day as exam I was told no problem I can come back for drops. I come back a week later and get charged another office visit and they say they ‘have’ to do another exam questions and all before they can’t put eyedroos in?!? I ask to speak to dr and girl comes back in and tells me the receptionist told her to do the exam anyway !! I get an assistant won’t let me see doc give me money back out of here! double bil

I've been a patient of Dr. Loeffler for over 15 years. My Husband has been seeing Dr. Loeffler for 3 years. He is very professional and caring. My visit is always pleasant and efficient. The staff in his office is very polite and professional as well. I highly recommend Dr. Loeffler to anyone. I just recommended my parents as well.

Worst Customer service ever. They want money by any way. Insurance copay is 3 dollars and they want me to charge me 55 dollars more. They do not confirm appointments and will ask you for anther 75 dollars for cancellation or rescheduling. Do not go their.

Charges $50 for a discount plan for eyecare products. I found same products he prescribes and sells for significantly less on Amazon. His optician missed that my lenses were incorrectly filled at Costco. Checked by four other puzzled opticians...who each determined that lenses were correct.

I'm from out of town and needed to get the pressure in my eyes checked ASAP. Based on the recommendation of a neighbor I looked up Dr. Loeffler, read the excellent reviews and ratings, and called. He fit me in the next day. My visit was very pleasant and efficient and Dr. Loeffler himself is a professional and charming guy who allayed all my fears.

it is all about the $$$$//first thing wanted 50 co pay//I don't have co pay//refused then they talked me into 50.00 v.i.p. program..i talked to dr. Loeffler ..said I would to need to purchase lens for cataract surgery..1500.00 each eye..i decided to get 2nd opinion and I want to another surgeon who gave me what I needed with no extra money..just medicare and my insurance.. my advise get 2nd and 3rd opinions ..this office is all about the $$$$

Dr Loeffler literally changed my life! I had a very complicated cataract that had been growing for a good 10 years. His staff were exceptional and did everything in their power to help me see again, including moving my surgery date up ASAP because of urgency. If it were not for Dr Loeffler and his years of expertise, I wouldn't be writing this review. Skilled, dedicated, exceptional, trusted, and genuinely cares. I went from 100% legally blind to 20/20 in less than 2 weeks. Best there is!

Dr. Loeffler just did my cataract surgery with placement of a toric lens. Surgery was easy w/ no discomfort during healing. (He did my other eye 2 yrs ago) Results were spectacular. He's a great surgeon, with a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

Although I have been a patient of Dr. Loeffler's for over 15 years I was not a happy camper when he informed me that I had to have Cataract Surgery. Surprisingly, having both eyes done was very easy. No pain and I got to get a day off. Both the doctor's office and the surgical center were great with follow-up calls. I would highly recommend Dr. Loeffler for anything eye related.
