I went in for a FAA medical they were Great !!!!!!!!! i would say it was clean a very polite . thank you for all that you do .

He did surgery on my baby and was amazing! We highly recommend him!

Worst medical experience I’ve ever had.

Horrible. Worst medical experience of my life in his care. I gave him the benefit of the doubt more than once over several years - inadequate and rushed diagnosis that led to no help at all, a hastily performed biopsy that was inconclusive due to not enough tissue collected (even questioned his quick process and was told by the PA, “he knows what he’s doing”), and the worst care following a surgery I’ve ever experienced. The complications were horrible, and his attitude was more about covering his butt than truly listening and caring for me. After going to a new ENT, I quickly realized there’s much better care out there than what is received at Wasatch ENT, particularly Scott Major. Office staff needs better training or more focused work; accounts and billing was often a joke, and so often they never knew what they were doing without the help of one particular person on staff.

Dr. Major is the best! Very caring and understanding.

Had tonsils taken out late summer. While it wasn't a fun experience, could not be more pleased with Dr. Major and his staff. They were courteous and attentive. Would definitely send family to see him.

Does not do anything for you if you are on Medicaid. So, if you are on Medicaid, do not go to him.
