I was being seein @ the miller care group & other health care professionals that they sunt me to,,but since I no longer had anything to do with a one "Felicia Smith" who also works there anymore & who also was taken my (meds). from me while I was staying with her by her invitation,,, I'm still trying to figure out!!!ways to report it ...

Dr Miller has been treating my husband for 6 weeks with great wound care. He's healing so fast & it took over a year at IU west with a final referral to a dermatologist. Chronic vein conditions can be healed here. So knowledgeable with kind care.

Don't go to this "man" he is a MONSTER!!!! And getting ready to lose his licence, AGAIN My poor son has had to take this monster's abuse for the last time!!!

My Grandmother is undergoing home health treatment for a pretty nasty wound she's had since August. She was released into my care from a rehab facility in Jan 2021. Today I met with her wound care nurse from Anew Home Health and and her Physician Assistant from Meridian Visiting Physicians. Her P.A. wanted to involve Dr. Michael Miller from The Miller Group with her care and ultimately wanted him to become her Wound Care Doctor, so we did a virtual visit. First of all, I appreciate him and any Physician taking time outside of their schedule to meet with us. However, this Doctor was unprofessional, rude, aggressive, confrontational, very petty and his Ego seems to have gotten the best of him. He began by asking the nurse questions about her original orders for my Grandmother's care, which we stated came from the doctor at the rehab facility she was released from. He immediately wanted nitpick over weather the facility was a rehab, skilled nursing or skilled nursing with rehab. I'm still not sure why this mattered. Then he questioned the certifications of the wound care nurse and Physician who treated her and are directly responsible for the wound healing until her release. After meeting with us virtually 1 time and NOT seeing my Grandmother's wound in it's current state, he told me the people taking care of her didn't know what they were doing and proceeded to give me his opinion on why. This, I thought was incredibly unprofessional. Especially considering the wound's size and health had improved while under their care. As a matter of fact the wound has been healthy and improving since she's been home. He was being cosulted because wound care is not the Physician Assistant's speciality and she felt more comfortable having a specialist determining the care plan. Anyway, after I disagreed with his statements he became rude. He continued to insult colleagues in his field... that he didn't even know and attempted to educate me on the current care plan (that's working) and why it doesn't work. I told him I felt he was being unprofessional. And when I told the P.A. I didn't want him involved in my Grandmother's care... he threatened to call Adult Protective Services on me. And I dared him to. My care for my Grandmother is Backed by the nursing staff, her former caregivers, all of her doctors and specialists, my family and most importantly MY GRANDMOTHER! The fact that he would threaten a person with APS, under false pretences, because they don't want to work with him shows a complete lack of character on his part. And I believe that goes against the hippocratic oath. He obviously did not have my Grandmother's best interest in mind. Reporting her Granddaughter/Primary Caregiver to APS would definitely cause her harm... even though they'd find he had no grounds, the stress alone would cause her harm. So I don't care about his years of practice (that he surely boasted about), or his certifications, degrees etc. Why would I subject my loved one to an egotistical, power hungry, unprofessional, colleague defaming, confrontational monster? I have never felt the need to review anyone before...BUT....this was a truly BAD EXPERIENCE. I would not recommend.

This is not easy to write. I will sum up our experience. Doctor miller was taking care of my father in law for symmetrical peripheral gangrene after an open heart surgery that had tons of complications. Doctor miller assured us that his feet would take time to heal and that the process was very normal. At first, we were given a time frame of 4-6 months and his feet would be healed. It's been maybe a month and his feet have only gotten worse. Doctor miller yet again stated everything is normal and that he recommends watching and waiting, stating that there is no chance of infection, even with the open wounds. Today, he was taken to the hospital and had cultures, lab work, and xrays done on his feet. They called a sepsis alert and placed him on antibiotics. The cultures came back and showed EXTREME GAS GANGRENE, which has a high mortality rate. If you do not know what this is, please research. They are doing emergency surgery to amputate both feet, which will also have a high mortality rate. Doctor miller did not order any lab work or cultures to be done, so he could properly monitor my father in laws deteriorating condition, and only assured us everything is okay and doubled his pain medication...even after our nurses asked him, they were told it was not needed. We are extremely upset and displeased with the care given to our family member and do NOT recommend the Miller Group. This is not easy to write. I will sum up our experience. I was in another suboxone program for more than 2 years, and did not wean down at all from 24mg a day. In 8 months Miller Care Group helped me get completely clean! The entire staff is amazing. Anything I needed they were there every step of the way. I would recommend Dr. Miller to anyone who wants to get clean!

Abosutley unprofessional. Receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never return to this facility and I do not recommended coming here. Stay away.

Dr. Miller isn't probably going to get sued. He will be sued soon. And the receptionist. He's on drugs, and he has mental health problems.

These people that pretend to be professional at there so called practice are totally hypocritical. Including the staff, who would commit perjury unjustifiably deserve the same punishments such as a fine or jail time like Mr. Miller for fraudulently being A-moral, inhumane, unethical and untrustworthy. I strongly believe evil prevails when good men or women do nothing when people like Mr. Miller abuse their power for they're own personal agenda rather then forget the Hippocratic Oath they swore to help other's who need medical attention. Dr. Miller, Stephanie and all of the staff are wonderful. They have helped me on my journey and I will be forever grateful.

If you are serious about recovery I would recommend Dr. Miller. The staff is very personable and seem to genuinely care. They also have counseling services and on site drug testing here as well which is nice and makes for easy scheduling and for a well rounded program. I want to thank dr. Miller and everyone of his staff members, they all have treated me and everyone that I have seen with nothing but respect and compassion. They believe in weaning off of Suboxone and doing that by addressing the underlying issues such as mental health or whatever the case maybe they will find the root of it fix it and then wean you off the medication so you are no longer a slave 2A medication.they have a well-formulated plan of attack that includes weaning off and then medication so you will feel absolutely no withdrawal symptoms for a couple weeks and then an injection for 90 days that blocks all opiates so you cannot get high if your life depended on it LOL. I'm just getting started in the weaning process but I will tell you I will post and give updates and prove to you that this method works and I will be absolutely free of opiates or Suboxon for the first time in over a decade. Anyone who does not want to follow they're winning procedur is not ready for recovery they are just continuing their have it in a safer way but still they are a slave to the medicati. Sorry this was so long of a review but I feel very strongly about Dr Miller Care group because they have saved my life and dramatically changed the lives of my but I fe and I owe them way more than I could ever pay them back. I would recommend them to everyone who truly wants to be sober and clean. One last thing tell the person who was given negative reviews I can imagine what kind of an a****** you must be for them to have treated you badly it's a shame you missed out on a hell of an opportunity. I have been seeing Dr. Miller for three years for pain management. I can truly say I have received nothing but the best advise and treatment. The staff is very helpful and have always treated me great. He is a great Doctor and can offer help in many areas. My father is seen by Dr. Miller. I was amazed at this small office for their ability to juggle the busy waiting room. The front office receptionist Joyce, was very busy but still made a point to smile and be professional. Although the wait time was about 15 min. Once we were put into a room the nurse and dr. were very prompt. I have been here several times and the care and staff have always been consistently appropriate. I would recommend Miller Care group for anyone dealing with wound management, pain, or addiction issues. Keep it up!! My father is seen by Dr. Miller. Dr. Miller and his staff are some of the most exceptional care providers for addiction recovery, therapy, and pain management that I've ever experienced in my entire life. Dr. Miller really listens, he's very knowledgeable about this field...and he and his staff have certainly Improved my quality of life. Dr. Miller is phenomenal. My sister had this horrible wound that she was dealing with for a couple years and that NO ONE could get healed. Other physicians kept doing the same thing over and over again and had no improvement. We wanted another opinion and someone recommended Miller Care Group. We have never been happier. After about 6 weeks of compression wraps and the right dressings my sister's wound is healed. The whole front staff was so friendly and helpful and the Dr. Miller's Nurse, Lindsay was nothing short of extraordinary. She went above and beyond when we asked our many questions, she was super knowledgeable and beyond friendly, and was very good at what she did with my sister. I am the patient you had for months who said you missed the first appointment. Your assistants scheduled an appointment and I showed up on time. The minute I pulled into the parking lot, I got a call that you were actually out of town on vacation. That has nothing to do with my responsibility. You replied, and now I can also point out how I was retroactively billed for thousands of dollars by three separate drug testing companies despite being told testing was part of the cost.

Dr. Miller Here. For those who are looking for an easy way out of their addiction, our program is not for you. IndyTransitions protocols exceed national standards of care but if you refuse to recognize you are mentally ill and refuse treatment, if you treat my staff with disrespect, if you believe that the world is responsible for your problems, then the program is not for you. We help those who ask and work with us for it. Come see for your self why we are seeing everone elses failures.

I had a terrible experience here. Staff and management were rude.

There are so many addiction practises out there, but the difference is that, if you really want to get sober this is the place to go. They care about you and that you succeed. With therapy and tapering, you will get through it and off everything in no time with the tools to keep your sobriety!

Legally I am about to get him into some legal trouble and get his license rock out I am a patient of him he has legally abuse me and legally called the police on meAnd reported both an illegal information and legally I am going after him

Horrible and unethical. Very very rude and cold! Never knew doctors and nurses could be this mean!! Charged me 225 dollars when I was accepted for Medicaid. Highly illegal. Don't go here! All they care about is money. Doctor there has lost his liscence in many states.

Dr Miller was amazing with my ankle reconstruction!

These people are truly here to help. Every time I see them it helps restore my faith in humanity. There are many doctors in this field trying to cash in! I have been to many of these doctors. I think the people at Miller care group should be the model for for rehabilitation. I truly thank them!

Dr. Miller is one of the finest doctors I’ve ever seen. He is kind and truly cares for his patients. He takes time and actually listens to you and your concerns. I would highly recommend him! His office also offers counseling ( which is very convenient ) and the counselor is awesome!

Spent 300 dollars to have him call in sick upon supposed to be meeting me for the first time. I drove an hour to the west side of Indianapolis from Franklin after being told to withdrawal for 24 hours, spending my night at work very sick. I told them I wouldn't want to reschedule when I was first hearing of his absence. Upon calming down, I called back only for Stephanie to have the audacity to be rude to me about my having been upset by what they put me through.

Dr. visited facility was her rude to staff and degrading. Will be reporting to hospital.

Probably the most patient oriented Dr office I have had Lindsey and Dr. Miller both I feel like are family. Darryl

Wish I saw him earlier - would have resulted in less days in the hospital - who diagnosed and treated me for Cellulitis; it was not very effective. He immediately diagnosed me correctly - and - the health situation is now resolved. Warning to others: I've since found on Google studies that show that about 70% of the cellulitis diagnosis in hospitals is incorrect - leading to prolonged stays and money wasted. Dr. Miller is thorough. Explains things completely. He cares.
