This was the worst experience I've ever had at the dentist. The assistant treated us like we were dumb when we asked questions because there was miscommunication from the beginning on what the appt was going to be. She rolled her eyes and acted like she didn't want to be at work. We waited for HOURS and still didn't feel like our questions were answered. We had asked about the sedation and an anti-anxiety protocol. My sis in law was treated like she was stupid for having severe anxiety and wanting sedation. We did opt for the sedation but there was no pre-procedure relaxation option given. She became aware during the extractions and heard them talking to her like she was an idiot and saying "she was too old to act that way and just to get over it" with no compassion and not listening when she was trying to alert them to the fact she was still in pain. The only nice person in the office was the front desk lady. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go to this dentist. He seems like he is a dentist for the money and NOT for actually taking care of people. STAY AWAY from this office!!!! This was the worst experience I've ever had at the dentist.
