Over charged. These incompetent billing people cannot do their job correctly. I won’t be going back. I can’t believe they are even allowed to work there. The nurses never call you back.

Not even a patient yet and I'm already done. Carly is the least effective person to answer a phone that I've encountered for quite some time. I've moved from another state and have a new number that I'm not sure is updated in my primary Drs system. Carly said they would call back when they got the referral from my primary but refused to take my number when I called back after realizing she never asked for it, saying it should be on the referral even after I told her it may not be updated. So much for trying to make sure something gets done before I wind up on a ventilator again which I'm sure will be hard to come by during a pandemic. Don't even bother with these people that that can't perform the simplest of tasks. Dr Neuland may be great but I'll never know because he has a bad apple in his office staff that runs patients off before they even get in the door with a curt and abrupt approach. Dr. Neuland has literally saved my life 4 times in 6 years. He is a phenominal diagnostician who leaves no stone unturned, or no sympton unchecked. I trust my life to him

Dr. Neuland is the BEST diagnostician around. He literally saved my life 4 times in 6 years by diagnosing me correctly where others had failed. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, inquisitive and humble! I wish he could be my GP but I will tell you, wgen anything unusual is wrong with me, I go to trusted Dr. Neuland. He is the best.

Full Disclosure- I worked for and closely with Dr. Neuland while in the USAF but even after we both had retired I chose to drive 100+ miles to have my son evaluated for allergies, asthma and treatment. This should tell you how much I trust Dr. N—

Dr. Neuland and his staff are professional and compassionate....I recommend them for anyone with complex respiratory disease and related allergy issues.

Dr. Neuland is the BEST allergist we have ever been to. Our children truly enjoy going to their appointments and speak highly of him. Sure, the office could be more modern looking and needs repainting, but that doesn’t change the integrity of this practice. Dr. Neuland is very “old school” in his practice (paper charts) but because the staff is TOP NOTCH. If he computer/internet happens to be down, the office is prepared to take care of you with all your history in hand. Dr. Neuland has a very specific list of questions that he asks, and these questions help lead him to ask other questions. He also asks our children questions to keep them involved even though they are young. I truly appreciate the time and effort Dr. Neuland puts into ensuring each patient is cared for and needs are met. Although he will listen and consider all you have to say, if you are looking for a doctor who will just prescribe or test to your liking, move along. He’s been in practice this long for a reason. Sure, the office could be more modern looking and needs repainting, but that doesn’t change the integrity of this practice. I love Allergy Partners. Everyone here are fantastic and very knowledgeable. Dr. Neuland has been my allergist for twenty years. He is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He has helped me with my allergies and other problems. I am allergic to serveral things including environmental, medications and foods. Dr. Neuland has done test to rule this in or out then followed through with treatments to improve my condition. I recommend him every chance I get. Thank you so much Dr. Neuland for all you do for our community.

Extremely impersonal & lacking patient care for intake nurse personnel. Arrived 15 minutes early before the appointment (had to wait 2 months just to get an appointment) and even after 1 hour, I never got to see the "Doctor"! In addition to all of this, I listened / could hear the doctor and his nurse staff making jokes about a male patient with heartburn. I finally got up and left without ever being seen because I had another doctor's appointment (which was urgent). Unprofessional & Inexcusable

Dr Neuland is a great doctor. He does't give up until he finds a diagnosis & treatment plan.He will go to bat with your insurance company to get the treatment needed. He has been a great asset to me, my care & treatment.

Dr. Neuland, Dr. Rick & staff are truly amazing not sure what we would have done without them. He is my grandsons doctor {him and his P.A. Dr. Rick} not sure what we would have done had we not found them. We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them.
