Dr. Overdaul refused to listen to the nurses or the families concerns about my brother. He was under his care for 6 and was making great strides in his recovery from COVID. However, once Overdaul was his care provider, my brother took a turn for the worse. He was told several times that my brother needed a bowel movement, he did NOTHING about it. The nurse also tried to get in touch with him, he wouldn’t take her call. After 6 days of this, my brothers bowel became impacted, and perforated. His new doctor, whom was also the medical director for Parkview, tried hard to help my brother, but it was too late. Dr. Overdaul killed my brother. If you are under his care seek a new doctor IMMEDIATELY!!!!

I strongly urge a Dr Overdahl patient to get a 2nd opinion or have a STRONG patient advocate with you.

Dr Overdahl is very good WHEN you have his attention. My disabled sibling did an overnight sleep study as he needed oxygen at night. Staff failed to get the paperwork filed in the 30 day period medicare requires. Another overnight sleep study was ordered and completed to meet the 30 day requirement. Again, staff and doctor failed to get a signed order in the 30 day window. My disabled brother once again needs to do another sleep study to get the oxygen he desperately needs while sleeping. This has gone on for 4 months and we are back to the start. His oxygen levels drop into the 70s when he sleeps where he wakes up gasping for air. It took Parkview 4 weeks to read the results of the sleep study as well. We deal with Parkview on several issues and everything else has been above and beyond except Dr Overdahl's experience. Very pleased with Dr Overdahl and staff. He listens, communicates well, and is very thorough. Great bedside manner.

Offered none of the 4 available treatments for COVID-19. No Proactive Treatment. If you do not have a doctor who will start one of the treatments immediately the virus devours your lungs rapidly. Does not Advocate for Elderly Patients. No Compassion. Defensive. Combative. Does not Listen. Refused to answer questions. We were willing to try and sign anything to try the treatments immediately even if the result was death from treatment side effects or complications because doing nothing was a guaranteed death. Few side effects from Hydroxychloroquine or anti-body Plasma. We were willing to have her intubated. Even Remdesivir. Do anything please...we are begging you. More stalling with nothing more than fluids, morphine, and a diuretic and continued comments that she is 91. We were finally able to obtain the anti-body plamsa against his wishes but his stalling had already taken its toll. Ask to be assigned a different doctor ASAP. He should NOT be around live patients.

Dr Overdahl we my dr and he was treating me for blood clots and I felt like him and the at Dupont were awesome at treating me on my road to recovery. I was completely satisfied with the care I had received while there. I would recommend Dr Overdayl to anyone, he is an amazing dr. and Dupont Hospital was above and beyond caring for me.

Dr cozzie is a great Dr he does care for his patients he treated me with the up most respect and just didn't fill me up with medication and pushed me out the door he did what my other Dr wouldn't do and that is to fix my problem and that's sending me to a specialist to repair my neck and it wasn't just a specialist he just sent me to he sent me to the top best specialist in my mind in the United States in Dr Cashman . So thank you Dr Cozzie and my prayers and best wishes are with you. Dr. Cozzi has been my mothers doctor for about a year and I have attended most of her appointments with her. Before seeing Dr. Cozzi she was in constant pain and turmoil due to chronic pain. She had seen other doctors who did little to nothing trying to help ease her pain and create a stable pain regiment for her day to day routine. Dr. Cozzi has worked miracles for my mother in her ability to complete day to day tasks that most of us take for granted and in turn given her a higher quality of life.
