Dr. Michael P Powers

I can't vouch for Dr. Powers and his staff enough. I went in w extreme fear and anxiety. They took the time to listen to my fears, without judgment, and explained to me in a way that made me feel much better about being put under. Dr. Powers even had a sense of humor about it all. My surgery was quick and my recovery was without the pain that others had warned me about. I had 1 wisdom tooth that was broken,, and another wisdom tooth was completely sideways and impacted. He was most affordable as well. The nurse even called to check on me the next evening, which was a Saturday! They are awesome there! Thank you!!

I've had my last wisdom tooth, two lower molars removed and two implants installed 2021. Just had my final check on the implants and no problems. Dr Powers and his crew are top notch at their profession.

I was refered here by a local dentist office. I had called so many places to see if they would extract my fiance's molar and all of them refused and said he needed a root canal. We honestly just wanted the tooth removed because we knew it was going to need pulled sooner or later so why not just do it now. Cathy was a delight to talk to from the moment she answered the phone. She assured me that Dr. Powers would be able to extract the tooth and that I would no longer need to keep searching. Every single person we came in contact with was so nice and helpful. I have never written a review before but 4 years after getting my 4 wisdom teeth removed here, I am still experiencing numbness and occasional pain. They did a horrible job and completely butchered my mouth leaving my sister and I both with terrible dry sockets. We were in pain for months. My other siblings went to a different oral surgeon for their wisdom teeth and were fully recovered within days. DO NOT go here unless you want lingering pain and a complete butchering of your mouth. I would recommend this team to anyone. Needed help with infected tooth. I called several oral surgeons and they couldn't help me until December due to the corona virus. They took me in removed the infected tooth the following morning. Everyone there was so helpful and pleasant. I just went amd got 2 wosdom teeth pulled amd two teeth next to them. Im terrified of the dentist and being put under .But they were excellent there! Thank you all who helped me today! Amazing place i highly recommend.

I found this wonderful practice in the network of my dental insurance company when I discovered I needed a wisdom tooth extracted. From the very beginning Kathy and Linda were friendly, thorough and very professional. Joe, one of Dr. Powers’ assistants was an absolute delight and was courteous and very compassionate, given the high anxiety that usually accompanies a procedure such as this. Dr. Powers, and the young lady who assisted him were extremely helpful and relaxing from the initial consultation to the actual procedure. It’s clear that his technique is top rate based on my post op experience of minimal pain and discomfort. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing oral surgery. I should have written this review when I had my appointment with Dr. Powers. I am still suffering from the effects of his mistakes. Had to go to Columbus to have surgical mistakes from implants corrected. I would not want anyone else to experience this trauma.

Although I'm not a patient, my mother is and has had extensive work done with Dr. Powers. He has treated her like his own mother and has been nothing but kind and generous. She is eighty and alhough her payments due to him will live longer than she will, he gives her great care allowing her to maintain her dignity and respect. I needed help after seeing another dentist that botched an extraction. Dr. Powers took one look told me what he could do. Fixed it the next day as promised. I would definitely recommend him. He did fantastic.

No insurance....19 teeth...1 hour 10 mins.- 7,500.00+dollars...5,000.00 up front...no greed there!

Money. Sucking. Leeches. Need to have all four wisdom teeth removed. got my x-rays and referral, yet they still made me come in for an "exam". Which consisted of them siting me down to tell me what they would be doing in the procedure. Charged me $90 up front. JUST TO TALK TO ME. Failed to mention that they had a "no billing policy" so when I went in for the procedure I was turned away and told no because I have no insurance and I didn't have 2 thousand dollars right up front. I was told no and sent home to deal with the absessed teeth and the pain on my own. I will be going somewhere where the clients are cared about, not just the money. I'm so dissatisfied, apaulled and disappointed. The lady was rude the entire time. Not to mention she called me the day before my appointment to see if I could come in right then for it. I had my wisdom teeth taken out about 2 years ago. They beat me up pretty bad in surgery witch is understandable they took all 4 out. I have been in pain and agony ever since. I called them told them my issue and for them to see me again i have to pay 225 dollars for them to check out my mouth. I find that really unprofessional and unethical towards past patients. I am very unhappy, now i am goin to go to another oral surgen to get my mouth checked out. I had my wisdom teeth taken out about 2 years ago. Dr. Powers is an excellent oral surgeon.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled not even a month ago, and it was great. Dr. Powers is patient and calm and really cares about the comfort of his patients. I would definitely recommend him to other people.

I went in without an appointment to get my tooth looked at. Him and his staff is very nice and professional. I was able to get wisdom teeth removed that day without an appointment. I think I was there less than two hours total, including x-rays and exam. It was virtually painless.
