Dr. Puk excellent but miscommunication with scheduling was frustrating. Friend and I had the same procedure. She got her appointments immediately and I had to call to check when I should come back and then they gave an appointment that was 2 months too soon and now the second procedure April 27 she got hers all set up already in March with drops and instructions and I am still waiting.

I have had the best experience getting my eyes handked by Dr. Puk and would recommend his services to my family and friends. Very professional, friendly, and cares about his patients.

Tim still can’t see out of my right eye after cateract surgery plus having two other surgeries after that. Better run from this group

My husband and I had to see Dr. Puk for some laser treatment to clear fogging on the back of our lens. Dr. Puk was very calm and professional which eased my anxiety. Nursing staff were all very warm and professional also Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Puk and staff did an amazing job (as usual). Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Dr Puk will not leave you with any unanswered questions about your eye care. I strongly commend and recommend him and his staff. They were great!

Awesome eye doctor. Takes time to talk to you & tells whats going on. Wouldn't gp anywhere else Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful.

If you care about your eyes entrust them to Dr Puk and the pros at CEDAR VALLEY EYE CARE . Dr Puk is a skilled Lasic vision correction and cataract surgeon . He was able correct my vision to the point that, without my glasses, I can see which leg a fly is scratching from a 100 yards away (well almost). Everyone with whom you come in contact at his offices has a smile and a warm greeting . Staff also take care of filing with insurance to reduce or eliminate out of pocket expense altogether . I am extremely grateful for the care we have received now and for many years gone by ! Thanks to all !!! Excellent caring doctor. He was running behind schedule on a busy Monday but he took his time with me and my questions were all answered with helpful information given. I can't say enough positive things about this doctor!

Everything was good

I had laser surgery and it was simply amazing. Went very quickly and painlessly. Dr Puk and his staff were very nice. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

My first appointment with Dr. Puk was very impressive. Dr. Puk took the time to explain to me in detail what was wrong with my eyes, his treatment plan, and he made me feel very comfortable that I was in good hands and that he was going to take very good care of me. I am so grateful to have him as my doctor.

Dr Puk is wonderful. His staff is polite however nobody wears a mask. I asked the woman who was putting drops in my eyes if she was vaccinated and she said no. She added that they can’t ask each other that question. It was my first health appointment where nobody wears a mask. I was disappointed in this.

The best eye care experience of my life. Dr. Puk caught my diabetic eye problem and treated it the same day. Thanks Dr. Puk.

Broke up some film on my eyes with laser was very happy fast took about 2 minutes happy and can see better again thanks

Great ophthalmologist who knows his stuff. Had a retina tear and he used the laser to fix it.

In 2012, I was diagnosed with MS, and in 2013, I nearly lost my vision in my left eye, due to Uveitis. My neurologist’s office suggested I try this office to see an eye specialist, and I started seeing Dr. Girschek, and I credit that man for saving my vision! I continued to see him, right up until he left this practice to accept another position somewhere else, and I’m not going to lie; I was skeptical about seeing anyone else because I trusted this doctor SO much because he literally saved my vision, and he also found out that my retina in my my right eye was starting to detach so, I had to have laser surgery to reattach it at one of my check up appointments that was actually for my left eye. When he left me in Dr. Puk’s hands, I wasn’t really sure what to think, but I really like him, and I think he’s doing an excellent job with my vision care. I would recommend Dr. Puk and Cedar Valley Eye Care to anyone that asks me about who they should go see for an eye appointment. My experience with Dr Puk and his staff was very pleasant and professional. Things were explained to me in a way that I understood and I was relieved that I did not have optic neuritis. He reassured me that my worsening cataracts were the probable cause of my blurred vision. I will probably have surgery to remove my cataracts later this year. Worst experience ever. My elderly mother was talked into a procedure that was totally unnecessary. Told she was over tearing when she has had very dry eyes her whole life. Gave her very poor pre surgery instructions about stopping blood thinners. Mom had no Clue. Nothing in writing. No call to pharmacy who does pill packs and were leery about stopping important meds. Dr Puk came in room arrogantly with no introduction and no explanation about the procedure. Gave my mom Valium the day of surgery. Nurses gave her discharge instructions while she snored. She couldn't walk out of office and nurses acted inconvienenced to assist to car. Another Medicarer/supplement insurance RIP off.. All patients in waiting room were very elderly and vunerable.
