Dr. Michael Robichaux listened to my concerns and relieved the pain in my hands from carp tunnel once again. He was very thorough in explaining to me what we may have to do in the future. He is a very caring doctor.

Dr. Robichaux listened to my concerns, diagnosed me after seeing the ray and listening to all I said. He treated it and 24 hours later my thumb seems completely healed! He took the time to explain everything and discuss future options if needed. Not rushed, thorough, kind and apparently quite competent!

I was in awe with the service I received. From check in to x-rays and the Dr visit was the absolute best.

Went to see Dr. Robichaux on a recommendation and I am so glad that I did. His bedside manner in wonderful. He listened to my issues and explained all of my options. Left there very happy and my hands feel great! My pain is gone.

He did surgery on my left hand/thumb joint 14 years ago. Very successful. Just saw him for my right hand. Very professional yet great bedside manner. Makes you feel comfortable discussing issues. Hope he never retires!!!

I’ve been in extreme pain for about 2 years and am so thankful I was able to come on for this appointment. I live in a retirement home, about 4 years in Independent Living, and had to transfer to the Assisted Living Building 3 years ago. Unfortunately I have ruined my poor hands lifting and moving boxes, since I don’t have the closet space I used to have. As a result I got a new pain I never had before: the tiny round bone in the wrist where the arms meets the hands. The pain was excruciating since about October, 2022, so I started wearing the Private Wrist Braces bought from BROC previously, but only on the left hand, since I needed my right hand to write. I had to deal with a company for awhile that put me on hold forever that led to increased pain. Fortunately I no longer deal with them anymore.

Have been a patient of Dr. Mike Robichaux for about 40 years. Excellent results from each of several surgical procedures. I have the highest confidence in his skills, his experience and his recommendations.

I was able to get a quick appointment to have my thumb checked. There was a little wait due to needing an X-ray but I have always received excellent care from Dr. Robichaux and other physicians at BROC. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have bilateral carpal tunnel. The overall experience, the surgery went awesome and my hand seem like it back to normal. The 30 min procedure went without a nitch. I will return soon to get my left hand done.

Dr. R. Was personable, clear in explaining, did not rush me. Surgery having excellent results. Just be prepared to wait over an hour to see him. I guess it’s how medical care often is. I’d rather appear an hour later than the time scheduled, but I won’t.

y daughter jammed finger playing basketball, which continued to swell and bruise. This clinic immediately sent her for X-rays in their lab (convenient extra charge)! Ironically I paid for X-rays the day before at OLOL Radiology. I found it to be a waste of time and money. The doctor diagnosed her with a possible broken wrist, fitted her in a $280. Wrist contraption and requested MRI. It was all about the money. My daughter had a torn ligament in pointer finger. No broken wrist. He Never had the finger wrapped…. just flew by the real problem and try to make more money creating additional problems. Never be fooled by these people!

Very polite, courteous, explained everything in detail. Answered all questions, throughly and with confidence. Update. Follow up, from carpal tunnel surgery, was a breeze. Great person.

Went for a second opinion. He was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me. He was knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend him.

The clinic was a well oil machine. Did not take long for wait time. Forms to fill out were easy. Dr. Robichaux really knows his stuff. Super professional.

Awesome Doctor

Went in for fluid in the elbow. X-rays were taken. He explained to me probable and treated it. The staff was very courteous. The whole process was very quick. They are able to treat many problems at the center.

He was very knowledgeable, attentive and courteous. He offered options to solve my situation. Would highly recommend him.

Dr. Robichaux is an excellent doctor/surgeon. I had to have a plate put on a finger that I had already had three surgeries on, which required a bone graft from my wrist. I was very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and how well my finger is doing.

I was given an appointment the next day after my family doctor made the referral. Dr. Robichaux was very friendly and comforting. He explained my problem to me and what needed to be done. Unfortunately, it requires surgery. My surgery is scheduled in one week. The office staff was very friendly. Dr. Robichaux is very thorough. He allowed me to choose my option for anesthesia. I highly recommend Dr. Robichaux.

Dr. Robicheaux had performed carpal tunnel surgery back in 2008 for this same wrist. From a fall this early October, with the urging of my son who had played lots of sports, he thought from appearance of my wrist, it may have some damage. Dr. Robicheaux was a given because I remember how well he helped me in 2008. He's very laid back, easy to talk to, and explains injury x-rays for his diagnosis for me and the treatment for healing and time. That's important to me. I like to know what's going on and what limitations are necessary for healing and expected times. He is very professional and respectful. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Robicheaux for any injury care for hand or wrist.

I was pleased from beginning to end. I’m not thrilled to have to see Dr Robichaux (to need a hand surgeon) but not only was I seen immediately, the staff was friendly and helpful while being extremely efficient. Office staff were very friendly and efficient as was Dr. Robichaux. He explained my options, and I elected to have the surgical option. My surgery was scheduled the same week My surgical experience was equally satisfactory. Everyone at the Surgical Specialty Center was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Robichaux performed my surgery. I am now recovering as expected. Thank you to all with whom I interacted, and especially Dr. Robichaux.

Dr. Robichaux was very professional and explained very clearly my condition and gave effective solutions. The waiting time was minimum and the time with the doctor was just the necessary.

Saw Dr. Robichaux for carpal tunnel syndrome. Steroid injections to wrists worked wonderfully, constant pain went away completely, even though I had to overwork them for weeks afterwards. He really listened to what I said, and gave excellent advice, and had excellent "bedside manner", brisk but very pleasant.
