Dr. Mike is a great guy but he needs to clean house with the reception staff. Incredibly rude.

I find the office staff competent and helpful when called or when meeting at their facility. Usually a wait - but not ridiculous. Always love Dr Mike's bedside manner, he takes the time to listen and explain issues. They have helped me and my family for over 20 years.

Dr Michael Saridikis is absolutely the best doctor ever! He’s so kind and understanding. He takes his time with me,I don’t feel like he’s rushing off to see someone else. I appreciate that. He really seems to listen to everything I say. I really wish all doctors could be a Dr Mike! I can’t say enough about him! Thank you Dr Mike! Never change!

He is very caring, listens and explains everything . Never makes me feel rushed or that I am wasting his time ! Staff at office also very good!

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Takes time to listen to all of your concerns and offers you choices in your treatment.

Horrible, I have been calling for months for a prescription refill, and they aren't getting back to me. Dr Mike is a nice guy, and he is great when you can actually get into the office to see him, but his staff is completely unprofessional and slow. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes or more if you show up on time for your appointment. I could maybe overlook this, if it wasn't for such outdated technology and poor hours for an appointment. It's very difficult for someone with an 8-5 to make an appointment because you have to call during work hours. If the staff isn't there, then you get transferred to an answering company that doesn't take your prescriptions refill requests. This means that if you, or your child needs a refill, you have to call at work, your neighboring co-workers will hear what prescriptions you need, then you have to wait for them to call you back, which they may or may not decide to do. Depends on how they are feeling that day. Sometimes they feel like helping, sometimes not, either way you won't get a call back. If they do help you, CVS or Walgreens will be the one to call you to let the prescription is filled. Michael Saradakis's staff just doesn't care. In my opinion, I believe that they are also racists and discriminate because of sexual orientation.
