Dr. Michael Justin Sirott

I've tried calling to make an appointment several times within the past 2 weeks and haven't gotten through to anyone. I have called during business hours, with the exception of 12pm-1pm because I'm aware of the lunch break situation. It's really frustrating.

I've always loved their office! They are always so understanding, listen to what you have to say and always go above and beyond to make sure your eyes are the best they can be. So incredibly warm and inviting, not a single complaint!!! Highly recommend!!

They wouldn’t listen to me. I had to go back three times. Ended up in tears from the frustration of not being heard the second time. I got really tired of repeating myself. Gave up getting a contact prescription that is the best for me. The glasses prescription isn’t right either. Front desk is nice. Dr. Sirott pawns off anything difficult onto his help. I’ll never recommend or go anywhere near a Walmart optometrist or bison center again. VERY unhappy. I’d give them -5 stars if I could. They wouldn’t listen to me. I had to go back three times. This office is clean and modern. The three ladies that run it are over the top amazing. I even liked the doctor...at first....but then I was surprised by the unprofessional whispering about me just outside the door. Then you made jabs about my other eyecare provider who is great. That was followed up by my prescription being written incorrectly. And lastly, the doctor directly in front of me was rude to one of his amazing staff...nudged her and made angry"be quiet" gestures at her.

Super easy to work with and great with kids

If you want a good eye exam this is the doctor to see! Great exam and I didn’t have to schedule a month or two out. Super friendly staff too. Definitely recommended!
