Dr. Michael Todd Watkins

My family has been with Dr. Watkins for 15+ years. We had shopped for a dentist for some time, visiting with a few very "polished" doctors in GR. Our experience with a couple in GR was very bad. Seems like the more rooms/computers/laser beam bleaching blah blah each doc had, the more they were determined to take advantage of patients. Not Dr. Watkins. He knows teeth, knows people, and has put together a staff that is accommodating and kind. We drive from GR to visit him. We've never had a bad experience. He has a great network of specialists he works with as well, so special circumstances have been handled as well.

Horrible experience and won't ever return. Kathy at the front desk is very rude. Was told when I called that they participated with my insurance come to find out that wasn't the case. Now being threatened to send me to collections because my $20 a month isn't enough for their accountants and it will take me too long to pay off my bill. I told her had she told me they didn't participate with my insurance to begin with that this wouldn't be an issue. She told me that's not her job.
