I saw Dr. Williams when I was in my twenties. He told me my lower back pain was muscular and wouldn't even listen to symptoms, view the abnormal x-ray I brought in, or examine me. He said 90%of people with low back pain have muscle pain and lectured me about going to a chiropractor when that was the only doc that would listen. He said I was too young for anything to be going on in my back. After several more years of extreme suffering, a new PCP referred me to a neurologist who ordered an MRI on my back. I have long-standing bilateral fractures in my spine, disc slippage, nerve canal narrowing with moderate nerve compression, bulging discs, and more. I was referred to a neurosurgeon for treatment. Dr. Williams does not listen to patients. He is not willing to do tests or an exam when requested. And if you go to a chiropractor, prepare for a lecture.

I know what's going on

I am looking for a new doctor. This doctor has not listened to any of my concerns. I have back issues, and he lectured me on how most back issues are muscular. He said, since I am so young, I do not have back issues. He did not examine me or ask any questions. He even refused to look at an x-ray I brought in that shows an extra, malformed vertebrae that is causing the issues. Not helpful in the least. Now, a couple years later, my back is only worsening and is limiting my mobility. I am looking for a new doctor. This doctor has not listened to any of my concerns.
