Came highly recommended, but that recommendation was overrated! 1st surgery failed horribly, and when it failed, as it was gushing blood he was nowhere to be found! I had to drive to the hospital, holding a towel over the left side of my face, on a 45 minute drive to the hospital, still with no response. Michael and his office staff were extremely professional and helped me feel at ease and comfortable before my appointment. It made a huge difference as I was quite worried before my appointment. I was extremely impressed with the results and highly recommend Dr Michael Worley.

Husband lost his eye in an accident & Dr Worley took us immediately on Monday then scheduled surgery Friday. Not sure about the patients that waited 8 hours but he had to be performing an emergency surgery. He is the kindest doctor. Explained everything about eye removal and patiently answered all our questions to our understanding. The morning before husband's surgery, he called to see how he was doing. Dr Worley operated on my upper/lower eye lids. He told me he will go underneath of my upper eyelids: his procedure is METICULOUS! I can read newspaper and books with ease. PLUS his surgical skill has given me much youthful looks! Thank you Dr Worley. His office location is the best in the city. Park your car on the top floor(roof) of the garage: you can be in the office in one minute. You have to use outdoor stairs(maybe 10 steps) and you are inside of the medical building,, his office is the first one there. The most convenient office for the patients, his office is very modern sleek looking and everybody is attentive and pleasant.

I can not say enough about the professionalism of this office. As someone mentioned earlier, it was spotless and very comfortable. Front desk was awesome in taking my information. I waited about 5 minutes and the assistant called me back and did a few procedures. I only waited about 5 minutes and Dr. Worley came in, did a few more tests and explained the procedure thoroughly. Very professional and very personable... I could not have ask for a more comfortable visit... no stress at all. Highly recommend. I can not say enough about the professionalism of this office. This was my third visit to see Dr. Worley. On my first 2 visits my wait time was over 30 minutes. Today my wait time was over an hour. I left with a refund on my deductible. I won’t be going back. The staff, though, was very good..

I arrived 2hrs before my scheduled appointment .completed my paper worked and was call to back for 12:30 before my scheduled 1:30 appointment.tech tested and evaluated my eye problem and then his associate and a student came in to did more testing and evaluation of my eye lid .Dr Worley and his staff were very professional and kind to me.He told me that he could do the surgery and would have someone call me in couple of days to schedule it.I receive d a call from his office the very next day with opening for scheduling the surgery.I was very pleased and was given two dates to chose from July 31 or August 23rd .I choose August23rd.I was not given a specific time but was told it would probably be that morning.I going to call this Monday to see if they can give me the specific time for my surgery.Over all I am pleased and excited and looking forward to having the surgery done at the Touro outpatient surgery center by Dr Michael Worley I arrived 2hrs before my scheduled appointment .completed my paper worked and was call to back for 12:30 before my scheduled 1:30 appointment.tech tested and evaluated my eye problem and then his associate and a student came in to did more … More

Had a minor procedure done 2 weeks ago, went back today and Dr. Worley said everything looked good and the testing came back benign. Extremely Friendly Doctor and staff included, highly recommend this practice.

My dermatologist recommended Dr. Worley for an eyelid problem. I scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 11:30. The first thing I noticed about the office is how clean and organized. I think I embarrassed the receptionist when I told her it was the cleanest and most organized office I'd ever seen. I waited about 15 minutes and was then placed in a waiting room. The assistant checked me out and asked me some questions. Dr. Worley came in a few minutes later and looked me over. He said he could take care of the problem pretty easily but needed to get authorization from the Insurance Co. first. He told me it might take 15 minutes and asked if I wanted to wait or come back. I asked to wait and said "Ok, hold tight and we'll make a call." About ten minutes later the assistant came in with papers to sign. 15 minutes later I was finished feeling much better and very happy with Dr. Worley. He was very professional and kind. All of his employees were also very kind and polite. Overall I couldn't have had a better experience with this Doctor. My dermatologist recommended Dr. Worley for an eyelid problem. Dr. Worley was caring and supportive throughout the whole procedure. He gave detailed explanations and answered all questions. Post-surgery instructions were extensive, but typed out and easy to follow. The results could not be better. I am so pleased!

~Worst doctor ever at the worst hospital ever~ Dr. Worley is by far the worst doctor that has ever been recommended to me. On 5/20/16 i was scheduled to see Dr. Worley at UMCNO for 10:00a.m.. When i got to UMCNO, i was placed in a four seated waiting room with 10 other patients that's been there since 7:00a.m.. Me and the orther all waited 8 hour and longer to see Dr. Worley. Also i never got aqainted when i asked UMCNO about him. I went to the 1st Floor to grab a snack from the vending machine and that's where i saw Mr. Worley. He was having lunch with a bunch of nurses and being the socialite of the hospital. That really angered me and i came to the realization that Mr. Worley doesn't value my time nor the other patients time.
