Canceled appointment scheduled over 48 hours prior to calling to cancel with a reschedule date three months out from original appointment. No explanation.

So disappointed in my visit with Dr. Belardo.I called and asked 2 days prior if it would be ok to bring along my 1.5 year old because my parents (only babysitters) have covid, I told them if it's not ok I completely understand & I would reschedule the appointment. She checked with the Dr & said it was ok.Dr. Belardo wasn't very friendly. She spent very little time talking with me & more time pushing the flu/covid shot. She asked if Ive had covid & i said I did in September, she told me my family & i wouldn't have got it if we got vaccinated, no compassion that my parents are battling it right now,more of that's what you get for not being vaccinated. I told her I wasn't going to get the shot & I don't get the flu shot, she slammed her pen & said "what do you mean you don't get it!?". She told me I need to worry about my kids & can't be down with the flu because they need taken care of. I'm 30 weeks & this was supposed to be a transfer,  she spent no time talking to me, and cut me off anytime I would talk. I was hoping to talk with her, share my journey & attempt to get to know her since I'm already so late in my pregnancy, she had no interest at all. My son got scared of the doppler and whined a little bit, despite not making a sound the whole time. She then said this is why we have a no kid policy I'll talk more with you and answer questions next time when you don't have him. I felt very uncomfortable, dismissed, rushed and judged during this appointment.  Also felt like she was so bothered by my son's presence,  even though she gave the ok for him to come. For being someone who delivers babies she didn't seem to like kids very much. I left this office crying in disappointment  and will not be going back. I would not take a pet goldfish to this women.Â

Incredibly rude, presumptuous, and dismissive. Clearly lacks emotional intelligence and/or the ability to connect with patients. She may be a qualified doctor but I could not focus on what she said because of how she said it.

Very dismissive and a little rough with the exam. She didn't remember that I was already a patient of hers. Never looked at my record. Not once did she ask how I was doing. I had planned on sharing info with her but she talked over me and seemed to have a routine thing she says to anyone in a similar situation. I think she spent less than 10 minutes in the room.

Very unprofessional! Dr. Belardo privately told my daughter to come alone to her appointments, or she would make me stay in the waiting room. Mothers and daughters need to stick together when making medical decisions! I will always be there for my daughter, especially as she is just learning how to advocate for her health. I have been happy with Dr Belardo's care.

Began seeing Dr. B in spring 2018 and she performed my surgery in August 2018 . Appointments were never rushed and she explained options and made sure I was comfortable with next steps. I would highly recommend her.

In an appointment to establish care, Dr. Belardo did not discuss any of my past medical history or current concerns. She was abrupt and lacked empathy. Similar to another post here, she pushed medicine and was visibly annoyed that I asked questions. The exam room was small and dirty.

Dr. Balardo was too brusque (abrupt) in her bedside manner. She was dismissive regarding pain and has a harsh touch.

She's amazing doctor and she dose a very good job at the things she dose.????

Dr. Belardo is amazing! She truly cares about you and your needs. She helped me thru my first pregnancy (high risk) and made sure my son and I were well taken care of.

I was a patient for 20 years. I received a blanket letter saying I was dumped as a patient and blackballed from all UH ob/gyn Worst thing is I need as supena o find out why. What the world is this all about??

Love Dr Belardo! Have been a patient for many years. She saved me once from a birth control mishap thanks to her great attention to detail. Also, when I had my son via emergency c-sect she was thankfully on call & made it just in time to stop the on-duty surgeon from stapling my incision. She sewed me up & I had a much easier recovery & barely a scar!

While not my regular doctor, Dr. Belardo squeezed me in when I was in pain after a miscarriage. She realized I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and helped me skip the ER and get admitted to the hospital. I know it sounds overly dramatic, but I owe Dr. Belardo my life. Huge thank you to her for catching the problem and getting me admitted ASAP.

I came In for information and education. I was given two options- both pharmaceutical. She got upset with me when I questioned the necessity of pharmaceuticals. I left with no solution, no education and practically in tears. The waiting was also 60 minutes before I was seen, for a 5 minute meeting with an angry Doctor.
