I've tried this practice twice. In my experience, the doctors were presumptive, judgmental and DIDN'T LISTEN. I did not get a diagnoses for two conditions that, especially had they LISTENED, could have been (one of them) easily treated, and the other something requiring a neurologist skilled in neurotransmitters. Instead, it was made clear to me, by implication if no other way, that my illness was simply from pain management--that I needed due to no DIAGNOSES and a worsening condition--or something I was doing wrong. Pro: very good, intelligent doctor, she solved several my health puzzles Con: it takes eternity to get appointments, thus chronic diseases only

Probably the worst doctor I have ever been to. Had, and still have many issues with my metabolism and losing weight and her medical advice to me was... To look in the mirror and say, "I accept you". The whole time she was condescending and like I was wasting her time for just even being there. Even getting blood work is a chore with this doctor. Do you and your family a favor and pick a different primary. Urgent care takes better care of you than this doctor will.

When Dr Carr was in Denison Texas she was my Doctor and I miss her. She was understanding and treated you human and not just a number. You are missed.

At my appointment with Dr. Carr she discovered an abnormal mass. I had an ultrasound and found out it was a tumor. I was asked to call the office to discuss the next steps and found out she had gone on vacation for two weeks without letting me know the results! I called and scheduled an appointment with my previous physician and he got me in right away, gave me a referral for a specialist and I had the tumor removed before Dr. Carr returned from her vacation. You would think something so serious would be discussed with the patient before going on a vacation!

Very difficult to get an appt because she is never at work and her nurse Carrie is condescending and rude. Impossible to get a referral anywhere. I am switching primary care physicians.

Excellent Doctor very intelligent, easy to talk to and very good a diagnosing problems.

I needed to have a nasal swab performed to check for MRSA prior to surgery back in my home state of Idaho. These folks told me it would take 2 separate visits. The first one to establish myself as a patient, and the second to take the swab. When I asked what that would cost, as two visits seems foolish for a 30-second procedure, she asked who my insurance company was. Why does that matter? When I told her Aetna, she told me they did not take Aetna. This is clearly an outfit so accustomed to nonsense they can no longer see it. Every appointment I've had with Dr. Carr has been professional and beneficial. She takes the time to listen to issues without making me feel rushed or that I'm being judged. If she feels that outside referrals are needed, she or her staff takes the time to either make the appointment for me, or provides the contact information so I can do it myself. Finally, Dr. Carr makes sure to personally call whether there are issues with lab work or everything looks good - giving you piece of mind.

They put you on payment plan then if you are late they say they don't won't you back don't waste your time. And to get copies of your medical records for D.O.T is $25 a page now. The owner and stare especially dr. Landenberg is very money hungry don't waste your time or money at this place.
