Dr. Olmstead & her team did an amazing job on my urgent need for 13 extractions, a lip growth removal and complete set of dentures. I remember no pain when I awoke from the gas. This Dr Olmstead should loose her License! I will do everything in my power to see that she is reprimanded for her lost dentistry! I will stop at nothing after what she has done to me!!

Had a crown done here which resulted in a distal open margin not even two years after placement. Have to get crown replaced. My advice to everyone, go somewhere else. Not worth the trouble.

Dr Olmstead crowned a lower molar that is still sensitive 18 months later. Worse is the fact I had trismus pain aka lock jaw and facial numbness for over eight weeks.

Went in to have a cracked tooth checked.. they dipped q tip into I am liquid freezing agent and held it to my tooth (aprox 5 seconds) until it made a couple more pops / cracks, then told me I can't be a patient for more than emergencies due as I haven't been in in a while. (I got dropped off of the books.) They always wanted me to go to Northside Clinic after new office was built and would ask if I showed up to the LL office "Why do you keep coming here?". (Always made me feel like I wasn't good enough to go to the closest office 10 min drive vs. 45 mins.) Wife still had faith in the office (Even she was sent to the Northside Location with Delta) She had 3 fillings done... Not one year later all 3 need to be crowned due to new cracks. She has also changed dental offices. Sad as we live 10 minutes away from the LL Office. Must be a Champagne and lobster type club. I'm a beer and steak kind of guy. I will say there was or is a Dentist at the Northside location that worked in Benewah Clinic years ago... He gets a 5 star from me as a dentist. A real dentist for the people. Love that guy and hope to see him again someday! One of the worst experiences ever with a dentist. After getting my wisdom tooth pulled I had several headaches and ended up having to have a brain MRI, that showed I had sinus issue due to damage done with wisdom tooth removal. They also unquoted me on the price (I had let them know I wouldn't be coming in if it was going to be more expense, they assured me it wasn't.) I received a $160 bill later, called and left messages twice to settle it. They never returned my call.

Dr. Olmstead is the most knowledgeable Dentist I've visited. Her assessment and treatment of my dental needs have left me with a high level of confidence in her and her staff. My whole family has been well taken care of here and I especially appreciate that she doesn't recommend things that aren't necessary.

Friendly, fast...always a pleasure at appointments. Love their technology with email reminders, etc.

Dr. Olmstead is an amazing dentist she has always improved my smile and I leave with minimal pain compared to other dentists. She always answers my questions and I leave happy with the work that was done.

At my age, 68, amd having lived in many countries around the world, I have to say that Dr. Olmsted is the best dentist I have ever had, bar none! She is friendly, efficient, and completely up to date with all innovative dental procedures. What I love about her the most, is her complete honesty, and ability to see what is cosmetically best for her patients. She listens, and listens, and understands exactly what her patients, ( me ) are looking for in treatment. She is so thorough!

Horrible! !I had a crown placed less than 3 years ago, and it already broke! I take very good care of my teeth,and my sister has worked in dentistry for 30 years, and consistently looks at my teeth every time we get together. At my most recent cleaning, a new hygienist, who I had never seen before, began her ritual. What I experienced was nothing less than barbaric! ! Being an older gal, I assumed she knew what she was doing. Boy was I wrong! ! It quickly turned into a blood bath!!!

She has got to be the worst dentist I've ever been to in my entire life. Her charges even with insurance are horrible. She does work that very easily falls out only a few weeks later. 3 members of my family have had horrible experiences with her. Her bedside manner is atrocious in she's very bitchy.
