Excellent doctor, listens when she needs to, and often has the right words to say, because she can connect and empathizes with her patients and understands their concerns.

Couldn"t have had a more understanding Dr .Her staff was great setting me up the best and most economical way possible, since I am Retired .I will remember to Thank Her the next time I see her and her staff. It was critical that I get the help that I needed ASAP

Dr. Michelle Onorato is what defines a doctor. I would not be alive right now if it was not for her. While I am still working to be cured, I have made tremendous progress that I owe 100% to her. While other doctors refused to listen to me, refused to help, and turned their head and allowed me to suffer in extreme pain and fear of dying, Dr. O stepped up and put her doubts aside to treat me while I have been battling this rare disease. She has upheld her oath to preserve and protect human life. I went through about 100 doctors before getting the opportunity to see Dr. O. And I was afraid for my life. She is a REAL human being, she empathizes, and for that, she is the best doctor I have ever met. I owe her everything, I owe her my life, and words will never do my gratitude justice.

Editing after 6 months of care. Her two staff members are awful and mean. Rhonda’s behavior is obnoxious and Beth, her medical assistant, will be nice initially and it goes south really quick. They were so annoyed my infections were chronic and I was always nothing but respectful and they were just nasty constantly. Annoyed when you make appointments and her nurse will often refuse to contact the contact the doctor even when it’s urgent. They are mean as snakes. I referred two patients there and one of them said she’s didn’t even waste her time because Rhonda was so rude when she tried to make her first appt. Previous review was correct- doctor was initially diligent but just became redundant after a while, she does not do a plan of care. Asked her over and over for long term plan, could never get an answer. I suffered needlessly many times and when the infection would escalate (kidneys, liver) was brushed off and it wasn’t taken seriously. My other specialist ended up taking over in the end and was furious, he found me another infectious disease within two days. She is nice and pleasant, but no plans, horrible staff, doesn’t help when infection spreads, and only in the office 3 days a week. Not taking the infection escalating seriously is scary. Michelle O is an amazing doctor. No judgements and very down to earth. Easy to talk to. Nursing staff is amazing as well.

Absolutely wonderful. My PCP highly recommended Dr. O. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and puts you at ease. She addresses issues and concerns. She does not have you continually returning to her office. She orders the lab work so you can complete it before the next visit. She also returns your calls, not a staff member, but herself even on weekends and holidays!

Dr. Onorato is an expert in her field, having taught on infectious diseases for several years at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, before going into private practice. She is committed to her patients and their care, and takes time to learn about new therapies and medication treatments that might best meet their need and condition. She is approachable and genuinely personable, and has gone out of her way to assist me. Her bedside manner, knowledge, and attention to detail are exceptional and I very highly recommend her along with longtime nurse Beth who have exceeded my expectations in all areas. First off The one star rating that someone gave is BS. She is a GREAT PHYSICIAN! Were in not for her I would not be alive today! She has impeccable credentials and a bedside manner that is amazing! She is holistic in her approach and takes the time necessary to MAKE SURE HER PATIENTS ARE WELL IN MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT. When her maternal insticts kick in and if something is not right SHE IS GOING TO GET TO THE ROOT OF IT. I am male and can tell you that I WOULD NOT HAVE ANY OTHER PHYSICIAN. Dr. O is the absolute best!! I am in the medical field and have been for almost 30 yrs now, I have never experienced a Physician who does not over book appointments and who is 100% punctual with your appointment time. Years of being this doctor's patient has led to many SERIOUS problems for me in my treatment. In addition, my records were mismanaged and a whole chunk were supposedly lost. They supported many of the same avoidable problems I had when I came back to her for care. Once you find a network of doctors; you find that you can get stuck in circles of the same doctors that you wouldn't want to repeat otherwise. If this doctor betrays your trust and confidence. DO NOT GO BACK AGAIN! Find another ASAP
