While I was waiting to go in, receptionists were taking off masks and walking around in their area (behind the glass, but the window to interact with patients was open.) A nurse opened the door to let a patient back and had her mask around her chin. A customer checked out with her mask around her chin.A man delivered a package with no mask. Finally, I was taken back to the exam room by a nurse with her mask around her neck. As I walked back I could see the doctor in the hall with NO mask at all. I went into the little room with the nurse and she started to take my blood pressure without the mask on. At that point, I decided it wasn’t worth it to go through with this appointment and risk my health or my family's health. Now I have to find a new doctor with an opening, and I wasn't able to get refills on the thyroid meds I was taking, which has really taken its toll on my body. It's so sad that a doctor puts her patients in a position of feeling unsafe when seeking basic healthcare.

Knowledgeable physician in a friendly environment. Will take extra time if needed.

Dr Webster is amazing. I love her being my GYN. Very thorough and explains things so that I can understand. I would highly recommend her. My PCP kept saying I was normal on my thyroid. Dr Webster did a full thyroid panel blood test instead that showed I wasn’t in optimal range according to National Endocronology Board. It has changed my life. I’m not as tired and able to function normally now. So many little things have improved. I’m so happy I have her as my doctor. I use the website to keep up with my appointments, email questions with quick response and keep up with my records.

I have gone to M. Webster for 16 years now and couldnt ask for a better more caring Dr. She has made me feel super comfortable and as a top priority during each and every one of my visits. Thank you to Dr. Webster & her staff!

I’ve had severe pain 2 weeks. I called they told me to come in the next morning (new patient) I was late and they were super compassionate still. She talked an HOUR with me on HER lunch break. Answered every ?. Extremely knowledgeable. Didn’t dismiss anything saying “you know your body better than anyone” had radiology stay late just to scan me. Read about her online reviews and was nervous but I LOVE her so much. Will recommend to everyone.

This is a update on my paragard experience, since Dr.Webster office refused to see me ,I went to a different obgyn, She did the ultra sound placement was fine, she pushed down a bit ,I came off the table, she pulled out the probe, it was full of goo,she went from casual to business in a heartbeat, she asked if I had ever been checked I said no. I had a very bad infection, she said One of the worst she had seen, 14 day antibiotics will never go back.

I would NOT recommend Michelle Webster. First off she tried to tell my mom she was dying and it ended up just being another patients chart she was reading to my mom! Then I had some lab work done there and her nursery called me trying to argue with me and say I was boarder line diabetic and underaelea active thyroid and I went to my PCP and I was fine. She was trying to get me to take medicine I didn't need. She's not monitoring me on femara like supposed too. She told me no need! When there is!

I'll start by saying Dr. Webster and the other doctors and nurses are wonderful,very caring and genuinely nice people. The office staff, on the other hand are rude, incompetent, and act like they could careless about you even being there. And God forbid you ever have a billing problem, all they do is give you the "run around" and never return phone calls. And for that reason I am in search of a new dr.

She has been my doctor for many years. Wonderful lady and fantastic doctor. The office staff are caring and always helpful. Office and exam rooms always clean. You could never ask for a better doctor. She also works with her twin sister. Both excellent doctors and women. I tell all the ladies I know to see them.
