I am so disappointed with the level f service I just received first I was waiting on hold for 30 min the receptionist who answered the phone kept putting me on hold then when she picked up my 4 year old was talking and shes like HELLOOO . Very rude . Next I was trying to tell her about my sons allergy issue she immediately cut me off saying “PHONE NUMBER “ I immediately told her I would not do business here because her attitude and hung up the phone .whoever that is picking up the phone needs to learn how to speak with clients . I went to Dr. Y for my daughter who’s 10 months. She’s been having bad allergy’s and Michelle has been nothing but accommodating, understanding, kind and most of all helpful. Her office is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and quick to answer the phone or any questions. I feel blessed to have her as a dr to look after abs help my family protect our daughter. I found Dr. Yasharpour to be patient, caring and honest. She seems very knowledgeable and has a positive demeanor. She does not make you feel rushed and she truly wants to help. She’s a great doctor.

Dr Yasharpour was literally the answer to my prayers that I have been praying for when my skin decided to suddenly stop healing about 6 months ago. I have been to countless dermatologist, allergy specialist, and even 3 different wound doctors and not one tried to figure it out....Dr Yasharpour is the FIRST to order any test and seemed like she is up for the challenge! This was the first time I've left the doctor in a feeling hopefully that I have an advocate on my side. She is super knowledgeable and I wish that I would have gone to her sooner because I bet my face would be healed by now. I was bummed initially when I found out she didn't take my insurance, however you can tell she has a true passion for helping people because she went the extra mile to try and make it work. Dr. Yasharpour is an incredible specialist. My child’s pediatrician misdiagnosed my 6 month old as having a food allergy. Before I even finished explaining his symptoms to Dr. Yasharpour, she knew it was not a food allergy but rather a different type of auto-immune response. She gave me instant peace of mind, and has an extremely sweet and comforting bedside manner. I’m so thankful for her. Dr. Yasharpour is an incredible specialist. For the past 10 years every winter I've been having really bad eczema on my hands. I've visited numerous doctors each suggesting different things, one even who suggested I put on 3 creams 3x a day that's a total of 9 creams a day. But none helped. All changed when I met Michelle Yasharpour, right away she was able to see what would work best for me. She prescribed me a medicine and within a week it was all gone. Where do I begin to share how amazing Dr. Michelle Yasharpour is. I came to her with a serious allergic condition, weary of allergists from past experience, and immediately felt that I was in the best hands possible. I have never met nor had the pleasure of being in the care of such an amazing, smart, empathetic, attentive, innovative, kind, and caring Dr. she goes way above and beyond for her patients and puts her heart into the care of all of us who suffer from this condition. Having anaphylaxis, angioedema, urticaria, environmental allergies, etc. can be very daunting when they flare up, but Dr. Yasharpour takes the fear out of the conditions, with her knowledge of the human body and how allergy and the immune system effects it, she makes you feel well cared for and safe. Dr. Yasharpour has the best “best bed side matter” listens to every detail and finds solutions to your medical problems. She is always available when in need and will call just to make sure I’m doing ok, her passion for what she does is refreshing, 'she genuinely cares about each one of us and I would trust Dr. Yasharpour with my life. Dr. Yasharpour is by far the best doctor that I have ever seen. She is incredibly thorough and kind. Growing up in Austin, I always had the worst allergies and when I moved to Los Angeles I assumed that they would continue to be a part of my life. Within days of my first visit with Dr. Yasharpour, my allergies went away and I have never felt better in my life. I have referred multiple friends and coworkers to her office and they have all had amazing experiences. I would recommend anyone suffering from allergies to go see her. She is the best! After having suffered a full body rash for three weeks and had visited three other doctors with no relief, I was finally able to see Dr. Yasharpour. Immediately she was able to help me feel better from my misery. I have never met a more caring, patient, and friendly doctor before... Dr Yasharpour saved me from the painful, irritable, rash I had developed 3 weeks prior that would not go away and kept spreading. I called her office and got an appointment immediately as I was an emergency patient. Her staff was so kind. Dr yasharpour spent time with me and explained Clearly what was possibly wrong, and going through all the failed treatments the other doctors had already given me that didn’t work or were actually making me worse. She was so patient, kind and explained everything very well. She gave me a new plan with new meds and creams for my allergic rash. She checked in every few hours after I left her office to be sure I was feeling better and improving. She even followed up with me everyday after that to be sure I was still improving and that the meds were working as we expected. I do not know any other doctor that would ever care or put time into a patient this way. I highly recommend her to anyone with allergies or any skin problems. She is patient, kind, honest and a very caring and professional Doctor. I had also visited Dr Yasharpour 6 months prior to this for my infant baby who had developed red, dry, and flaky rosy cheeks. I felt that he had eczema on his skin, and would probably need a prescription cream to heal him, but dr Yasharpour assured me we would be able to heal his skin With a simple switch of moisturizers and creams I use daily and after my infant’s baths. We followed her instructions and after a few days, my baby’s cheeks were already looking better! What made me happier was that those irritated, dry, red cheeks healed and we never experienced it again. Being a mom, I am grateful for her honestly and expertise, especially since working with my baby. Dr. Yasharpour has a challenging specialty. There is little you can do to eliminate allergies other than to avoid contact with the substance your body is rejecting. She is the one who will tell you that information. And information is power, you know? As important as the Doctor itself, it is how the dynamics on his office works. If your staff is not good, most likely I will look for another one. At any case, it is a 5 stars because of the follow up, the reminders for your visits, no waiting times, all the payments are clear and they are friendly welcoming and known what they are doing. From the nurses to the administrative staff. The 5 stars also reflect that part at Dr. Yasharpour. I was pleasantly surprised with the extensive questionnaire that she perform on my first visit. Every single detail is important. You gotta remember everything, so get ready when you get there. I am also talking about the exact time when your allergies happened, what you ate and everything you have been surrounded by. She was able to predict from there what I was most likely allergic to, and after extensive testings that's how it was. I have visited for years different allergist and always found them to fall into the "quantity over quality" category by the means of lots of patients to who I just run the usual test, if nothing come out .. oh well. Dr. Yasharpour however, has shown to care personally and try her best to identify the cause. I am coming back for a follow up in a few months and any time that I need to manage my allergies. Great Doctor! I love her approach. She broke down my sons allergy and we came up with a plan together and she followed up with me every few days to see how things were going. She really cares and takes the time to sit with you and analyze EVERYTHING. She literally sat with us for about two hours and just gave us tons of useful information. I went to her for a second opinion, and there is just no comparison. She did component testing for the scratch test and blood work that my pervious allergist didn't even mention was available. I really wish I saw her a year and a half ago when we first saw an allergist for my son. I highly recommend her! Great Doctor! I love her approach. I visited dr Yasharpour this week for a rash I had on my legs for over 4 days. The doctor was very gentle and knowledgable. She examined me and explained to me fully what had happened, and why it happened, and what to do to prevent it in the future. She answered all my questions as well. Best part was that she even called me 2 days later to follow up

Dr. Yasharpour and her staff are wonderful! I was having major problems with allergies so I knew it was time to go in and see an allergist again. Dr. Yasharpour had great reviews on Yelp so I decided to see her. When I arrived the staff were super welcoming and nice. The doctor was on time, very professional and was a great listener! I went to see Dr. Yasharpour for some rashes I was developing on my arms. Dr. Yasharpour took the time to listen to me and asked several questions. She is smart, warm and very caring. Turned out I was allergic to Tide Laundry Detergent. I would definitely return again if I ever suffered from any other allergic reactions. Thank you Dr. Yasharpour. You are wonderful. Dr. Yasharpour has a wonderful and professional demeanor and is very thorough and knowledgeable. She takes all the time you need to answer any questions in detail, and has answers that are backed by clinical research. She is educated on the most current medical information on allergies and makes informed decisions about treatment. I switched to her after my previous allergist was too busy and difficult to get a hold of to answer my questions for my young son with peanut and dairy allergies. I was very worried and anxious, and Dr. Yasharpour took the time to do thorough testing and explanation to put together a treatment plan for my son. She is accessible to patients via email and phone and is responsive to answer questions outside of office visits. She made my son feel comfortable for the entire 2 hour office visit- which is incredible to accomplish with a 2 year old! I definitely recommend her to everyone I know who needs an allergist.
