Mr. Mogilevsky is amazing! She treated me for low back pain and sciatica and I could not be more satisfied. Her whole staff was always warm and helpful. Dr. M explains everything in details, and offers treatments that actually work. Five stars.

Dr. Mogilevsky is very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. The office is beautiful and staff is nice and polite. She was able to diagnose my problem and help me right away. Everything from check-in to check-out took about 1 hour. I hope, I don’t need anymore treatment but if I do - I know where to go.

Careless and self righteous, with poor bedside manner and very limited understanding with regard to complexity of chronic pain management. Pushes procedures which most of the time are not appropriate for a given patient, and lead to continuous pain and sufferings. Provides fragmented care and lacks compassion. Zero professional . Mila does intake but does not due procedure because her City Clients are more important than her Brooklyn patients . First time a doctor does the intake but not procedure . The game is over, a placebo shot which should of been felt down your leg was non existing. I was told the procedure was finished but I did not feel the epidural . The slap in the face was giving a back brace to bang out Medicare.

This was a great experience. She diagnosed and treated my sciatica in 1 visit. I feel so much better!

Unique Pain Medicine is far and away the best pain practice in NYC. The doctors took the time to listen to me and provided me with treatment that cured my back pain. I have suffered for years and saw other multiple physicians with limited results. I heard similar stories from interacting with their patients in the waiting room. Highly recommend.

She fixed problems that had eluded others for years. She saw me the same day, and I was diagnosed and treated with interventional pain management that day. It was a miracle.

As a DO Dr. Mogilevsky should include Hands On Manipulation as part of her treatment program.She does not. Meds, she doesn't prescribe them. Only treatment she makes available are a menu of injections that she is willing to repeat & re-repeat whether they work or not. Staff doesn't even know with which hospital the Dr is affiliated.

She is great! Her office staff and Medical Assistant is so, so kind, patient, helpful, etc. The waiting room is small, warm and like the neighborhood. The treatment room is new, spotless, spacious and high-tech. Dr. Mila Mogilevsky is efficient, professional and charming (like her staff). Overall, as lovely an experience as can be had even if you're having a spinal treatment.
