What a extradentary Doctor. Always helpful, caring and willing to spend time with you. We are patients for over 20 years and he is the best and his staff are incredible. Simply, this office is the BEST!

Worst doctor in the world my mother gose to this place gave my mom the wrong medication and messed up her kindney talking to a lawyer as we speak!

When you agree to an appointment scheduled by the staff, they make you wait minimum two hours on site, they will charge before you see the Dr, if you want to see a specific or referred Dr. they will call you to make you meet another one chose by them. The will ask you for the vaccination card to see a dr. Very professional and kind. They are always available to answer follow up questions days after the appointment.

I would stay away from this office. When an office manager who has no medical education whatsoever controls your health and not the Dr. Prescribing beware. The office manager Dr. BENGOAS wife double bills (cash from me while being paid by my insurance) and then does not refund your money. I will be filing insurance claim fraud with the state of Florida hopefully they will receive a violation. If you insist on a refund they will threaten with dropping you as a client. Thre final straw wad when I called the Florida dept of health with questions regarding corina virus. The FDH called my Dr.'s office with my permission for information in March. Mrs. BENGOA SAID I HAD CALLED THE FDH TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM AND THEY WERE DROPPING ME AS A PATIENT. THIS WAS DURING THE PANDEMIC WHILE WE WERE IN LOCK DOWN. I HAD BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER 10 YEARS WITH DR. CORREA WHO IS A GREAT DR. HOWEVER THE PERSON THAT CONTROLS THIS OFFICE IS DR BENGOAS WIFE. STAY AWAY. I would stay away from this office. At no point in my experience with the office, billing, or seeing the doctor himself have I ever felt an confidence in their attentiveness or ability.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE .It endangered my life..I scheduled a visit as a new patient with Dr Bengoa 1 month before..During that month I cancelled my previous doctor with my insurance and Dr Bengoa was listed as my primary care doctor with my insurance..The evening before my appt,(1month after I got the appt) Angie from the office called and said my appt was cancelled because of an emergency..I explained that I needed my insulin refilled, and begged her to reschedule me, she said I was a new patient, and could NOT reschedule me. I was then left with NO primary care physician to refill my insulin. I almost ended up in the E.R..They have No compassion, No caring. Great doctor, he was my elderly mom's doctor for years and has been mine for the past 5 years.

Dr Bengo and Staff are wonderful. I been with him over 20 yr. He is the best doctor taking care of me for the longest and I appreciate that and I thank him so much and his wonderful staff ????????????????

Dr. Bengoa is very experienced and consequently he knows how to accurately identify your illness.

The best Doctor I have ever had.

My dad has been going there for years but due to certain circumstances my father can no longer do things on his own and I went with him to his appointment. He was called into the doctors room almost immediately and only had to wait until he finished with his current patient, which didn't take very long. He went over his past medicals files with me, adjusted his medications, and even ordered us the medical supplies my father needed at home. Outstanding... the best... very helpful and cares.... I have to drive 40 minutes from north Miami but it is worth it...

Bad experience, on my second visit to this place I had to call my insurance right away and let them change my PCP. DR.Correa was rude to me and my husband on both visits it was just horrible. I'll never step foot in that place again .

Great Doctor! I had my first visit today. I was seen promptly upon arrival. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. Dr. Bengoa is very knowledgeable and he took his time in giving me a thorough examination and answered all of my questions. He is also very friendly and personable. I definitely recommend this office. :)

This is a Horrible doctor's office. There is no point in making an appointment. They keep you waiting hours and hours to see a doctor. The staff is rude and barely speaks or understands English. The waiting area is small and stuffy. When you finally get in to see the doctor (Bengoa or Correra), the doctor is disengaged, inconsiderate, and lack common humanity. They get tons of patients because they are one of the few primary doctors in Homestead who accept Medicare and have a good office location. No point in making an appointment they dont see you until 3 hours later. Not to mention the doctor called out the day of my appointment and I was not notified until I arrived to the office rather than calling and giving the option to reschedule. I think they are very inconsiderate with our time and money.

Dr. Bengoa has always shown an interest in the well-being of our family. As our primary care physician for more than 12 years, Dr. Bengoa displays a level of empathy and professionalism that confirms that fact that we are being cared for by the right doctor. Extremely knowledgeable doctor!

It's a horrible Office. Dr. Correa is the best doctor there ! Big patient load, under staffed office. They do walk ins and appointments but even when you schedule an appt. you wait past your appt time. The office manager doesn't care how you feel about the bad customer service. She is an older Hispanic lady with glasses. She needs to be replaced ASAP . The phone line is busy 90% of the time and they leave all the piles of patient files around the office while the front desk girl does it all like phone calls at the same time as check ins and check outs .. I can describe Dr Bengoa in one word! Excellent!! And We are coming back from Autin to Miami to live here again and have Dr Bengoa as our primary Doctor!! Emilia Beatriz Hernandez.

Dr Bengoa is a wonderful doctor he is very caring and excellent as a doctor the only problem I have is get ready to wait in them office at least 1 to 2 hours after your appointment to see the doctor. So bring a good book. Once you get in to see him there is no one better. Office staff is friendly.
