She was my daughter's doctor from birth till current time (18 years); was always very professional, never made things uncomfortable, very knowledgeable. Will always appreciate her for helping hubby and I when we were both young parents (scared and not knowing anything). Ty Mimi.

Dr. Tutihasi was friendly and clean during my visit. However, I did not like how aggressively she handled my newborn’s umbilical cord. She encouraged pulling and messing with the cord and that is not something I felt comfortable with or aligned with. My baby was screaming during this time and it looked as if the umbilical cord was irritated at home.

Tutihasi misdiagnosed our newborn. For 6 weeks she kept telling us our daughters cough was normal even as it become worse and more frequent. Her comment to my wife and I was that we were new parents and too worried with no reason to be. That was the final moment for us, we went to another pediatrics office and after they ran a few tests they diagnosed our daughter with RSV and immediately put her on medication. Her cough cleared after about a week and she was back to her happy self. Sometimes doctors get it wrong but for us, she was unwilling to accept there was something else going on and dismissed our concerns. She was condescending in her tone when we explaining something was wrong and we were worried. Their office was almost always two weeks out making emergency visits impossible for us. We switched to a private practice and are much happier with their care and level of service. Tutihasi misdiagnosed our newborn. I absolutely love Dr. Tutihasi and the staff. The receptionists are always welcoming, and patient. The nurses have been really good with both my kids, I went from having to restrain my 8 year old for shots, to her giggling and joking about it. Dr. Tutihasi listened to my concerns about my 3 year olds developmental delays, and had appointments with specialists scheduled by the end of the day. Overall it’s a great team of people. This woman pulled down my pants for a check up and I was absolutely disgusted and she felt for both of my testicles and I was very weirded out I will never go to her again PERIOD

My family's been seeing MiMi for about 6 years. I appreciate how she does not tip toe around subjects and gets right to the point. We are on the same page. She's a little old school and knowledgeable. We trust her and appreciate her honesty. I feel her bedside manner matches our style of parenting. We get to be the consolers she gets to be about health and wellness.

I had a scarring appt when I was 10 (In my 30s now).During exam I had my clothes on and she was palpating my stomach then without asking,removed my pants and underwear(to clarify,this was not apart of exam and gave no indication anything was wrong to take my clothes off).The humiliating part,my entire family was in the room(she did not send them where view could be obscured/no privacy sheet)my family had an up close view to my privates.I was ten and too old to have my legs spread in front of fam

I was very disappointed in the way Dr. Tutihasi spoke to my daughter at her last appointment. She showed little to no compassion about what the patient before her was feeling or experiencing, and her tone and words were belittling and hurtful. I have know doubt that she's intelligent and skilled, but her bedside manner needs some serious work. We will never see her again.

Dr Tutihasi is wonderful with children, patient and she listens. Her nurse is also wonderful. I had a mild concern about my son, her nurse listened and didn't treat me like an overprotective mom. I am so grateful, because with their help we caught his Type 1 diabetes before it was bad enough for him to show more serious signs or end up hospitalized. I can't express how grateful I am for having such a great pediatric team for my son. I don't know what I will do when he gets too old....

Been with her since daughter's birth for over 8 years. She is awesome. My daughter feels very comfortable with her. I've recommended her to friends and family and everyone loves her the same
