I only had one experience with Dr. Hao and that was when my husband was in the SNF. She usherd me into the nurses station and said I would have to straight cath my spouse every six hours due to the urinary problem he had. I thought her manner rude. Later when I went to another urologist he said that was not necessary. Two years later, my spouse is doing well. I would never recommend this doctor.
