Dr. Mira Roganovic

She is an excellent doctor and I am looking forward to seeing her more. I am absolutely impressed with the care I’m receiving. Definitely recommend her , especially if you a lot of medical care . She is meticulous and organized and takes extra notes, so she can remember as much as possible concerning your health. I’ve never had a doctor that was so inefficient.! She fails to return calls and to reach refill medication‘s in a timely manner so she leaves you without medication‘s for days. I’m on medication‘s for restless leg syndrome and spasms in my legs so when I’m without causes a great deal of pain I thought the motto for physician was “Do no Harm”! This is definitely not something Dr Rogonovic goes by. I’ve never had a doctor that was so inefficient.! Excellent visits I have been going to dr roganivik for quite a while and i find her personable and very good at her job

I had this doctor as my primary care physician for about 2 years because I didn’t know how to change it. In the 2 years I didn’t see her one time. She’s literally always on vacation. I had to see her physician assistant and she prescribed me such a bad medication that I had an allergic reaction. I had to go to ER and they couldn’t understand why she prescribed me that medication. This doctor should have her license revoked. First of all she thinks she’s the most knowledgeable doctor to have ever walked the planet. From my knowledge, those who think they know it all usually don’t and in the healthcare field, this is very dangerous. She honestly doesn’t understand much about medications and which are used for what and refuses to simply do her research. She brings up facts that are untrue about medications and states that all the previous doctors were wrong ( I my self am a pharmacist). Well if that is the case why does she have a 2 star rating? This doctor should have her license revoked. First of all she thinks she’s the most knowledgeable doctor to have ever walked the planet. From my knowledge, those who think they know it all usually don’t and in the healthcare field, this is very dangerous. Dr.Mira is just awful,unprofessional,and very classless,everything that was asked was answered with an “I dont know”...or a generic answer I can find on google,asking personal questions was sooo uncomfortable,it just seemed like she was irritated and too busy to be a good doctor...she seemed very judgmental and I will not ever see her again..the good reviews lead me to believe she either knows those people personally or they’re fake,because she is a terrible doctor who seems like she hates her job and just wants the money...not to mention having to wait 40min past the appointment time,and for her to make a comment that she’s very busy... I had been happy with my care, however my last appt was very adversarial. I need my medication which I had been on for years renewed and was given a hard time about it and a hard sell for a bunch of diagnostic procedures I neither need or want. Apparently Mercy Medical Group is all about profits and a bunch of unnecessary testing and if they can’t get that well F*U* on providing care for the things you do have and need. changing provider group asap. This "Dr." Is TERRIBLE. Her incompetence nearly cost me my LIFE. She is extremely negligent and uncaring. I do NOT recommend her for ANY type of care. Steer clear. You have been warned.

Dr. Roganovic is an excellent example of what a doctor should be. She cares about me as a person, not as just another number that needs a pill. It is my 4th year under the care of Dr. Roganovic, and I could not be happier. It is a peace of mind, knowing that she is my doctor!

My wife has had nothing but problems with this doctor since we moved to Elk Grove. She selected Dr. Roganovic as a primary care physician because she was the only female doctor at the Wymark facility that appeared to be primary english speaking. When my wife went in with a spinal problem, she was told by Dr. Roganovic that is was a muscle issue even though it was clear that she was suffering from sciatica. As the following weeks went by with increasing pain, we had to insist on a referral to physical therapy, and then the commissioning of xrays and then an MRI. The results showed spinal fractures and a fractured pelvis, both of which were compressing nerves. An assistant from Dr. Roganovic's office called to say there were doing an urgent referral to a specialist because of the serious nature of the condition. four days later we are working with a patient advocate to try to get the referral because we never head back from the doctor's office and have had no responses to our emails. The Sacramento Dignity Health system is flawed and this doctor in one example My wife has had nothing but problems with this doctor since we moved to Elk Grove. My experience with Dr. Roganovic has been extremely frustrating, disappointing and stressful to say the least. She changed my prescription dosage and forgot about it. So when I needed to refill my medicine she ordered the wrong dosage and then I had call them for 5 days convincing them that she made a mistake and to correct it. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend her. My experience with Dr. Roganovic has been extremely frustrating, disappointing and stressful to say the least. Dr. Roganovic has been an amazing dr. She is very kind, and efficient. I love her she has been on top of my health issues and I really appreciate a lot want she does. My respect for her ♡

My wife went to Dr. Roganovic for a physical, much to our surprise we got a notice from our insurance, Anthem BlueCross, saying that they would not be covering any of the $355 bill because the code the doctor put was not for a physical, rather they were classifying it as an uncovered office visit. One of the reasons we chose Dr. Roganovic was because she is an in network physician. The insurance reached out to Dr. Roganovic on the matter, but the doctor was not willing to change the code to what it should have been. My wife spoke with the office and they told her that they weren't going to change the code because my wife and the doctor spoke about her health issues, and they think that changes it from a physical to an office visit. You can't talk to a doctor about your health when they ask you questions at your physical? That is absurd, and we've never had an issue like this anywhere else. All the office was willing to do was try to force us into a payment plan and offer us a 25% on a bill we shouldn't have to pay Terrible customer service and seemingly dishonest business practices.
