This is by far the slowest office ever and they don't honor your appointment. You will be waiting 3+ hours with an appointment to be seen for 5 minutes if that. You wait all day for nothing and what's worse is they give you all these follow up appointments for something that could be done in one visit which I'm sure is to just keep charging you over and over. Staff is not professional and they hardly ever answer the phone. AVOID AT ALL COST. Very VERY horrible service here, the female doctor their will literally give you the wrong medication. Do not come here!!. This Dr. Mirna Chambi is the worse I wounder were she got her license to practice also to give you a respond back because you put her on blast against her to the Insurance because she is not doing her job correctly but only giving you the round on round talk, she gives you prescription for pain but Is not clear what it is for the the side effects or if just in case if your insurance will cover it but she will make you come back pay another copay and to tell you oh I know it was not going to get approved then I ask why did you not toll me or give me a heads up or even better just in case the insurance will not cover the type another prescription. But no she made me come back to pay another copay and say nothing. When you have a issue she gives you small info on what you have or to tell you to come back on problem but come back next week so I could tell you more about the other issue as well. I was in the office on October 14th my referral was not submitted until the 15th it was approved the same day and they did not respond to me and tell me that it was approved until the following week then they referred me to the wrong type of specialist now I have to wait another week and it's like a game trying to get a new referrals. I had to call insurance myself to check up on my referrals and when I did call it wasn't even submitted. I called office to explain to them about what's going on was put on hold for 25min and Maria was very unprofessional. Me gusta este lugar porque su doctora es minuciosa para sus exámenes medicos y toma su tiempo para explicar los detalles, cuando ha demorado es cuando me ha pedido exámenes médicos como de orina o sangre. Schedules too many patients for 11:00 am appointment time. Wait for over an hour 1/2 to be seen. Waiting room is too hot, crowded, no air conditioning, warm and grow sick people's germs. Waiting room doesn't look clean & old furniture.

I had set up an appointment in two weeks ahead but I still had to wait an hour and a half before the doc. walked into the room. She did that because I was leaving for another appointment otherwise it may have taken longer. If you have a demand work schedule, it will be a waste of time.

This place is ridiculous! I didn’t get to choose my doctor it was chosen for me. And I can not believe this place. I called in a scheduled an appt. They told me to be here 15 mins prior to the appt time. I show up and they don’t have me down on paper, then proceed to tell me 30 mind after my schedule time that it’s going to be even longer because theres people here before me. I was able to sneak a peek of the check in list and they allowed walk ins with no appts to go before me. When I mentioned this they didn’t nothing to rectify the situation, if anything it made it worse and I ended up waiting longer. This is one of the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. They refused to refill any of my prescriptions since I was a new patient and they did not have my chart from my previous doctor even though they did ( a new pt. chart would not be 3 inches thick otherwise). I was told by the NP as well as the doctor that any medication I needed could only be prescribed by a specialist which will take another MONTH to get an appointment for, or I could go to the emergency room if I needed it right away. Also the doctor told me that since I have had a stroke and MS and already in pain management, the pain doctor should give me my meds. I just moved to the area and wanted to get some prescriptions refilled. Not only did it take 2 hours to see the doctor, but they wrote my prescription on the wrong type of paper. They didn't have anyone available on a Saturday morning to rewrite the prescription so I have to wait another 2 days just to get this filled. I was also suppose to get a referral that they never gave me for a specialist. Poor customer service, unorganized, long waits. 2/6/2013 I chose the doctor because she is one of a very few who are female, accepts AETNA, AND board certified. I made my appointment over the phone and was told only to bring in I.D. and any information for health benefits. Upon finally locating the office, we were a bit put off by the outside of the building. The paint is peeling, the lot had trash in it, and it is in a ghetto-looking stripmall. The reception area is no better. Small, cramped, and narrow, it is a very claustrophobic waiting room and felt more like a bus than a waiting room. Again, the paint was peeling, the shades are dusty, cheaply framed trashy thrift-store prints on the wall, the linoleum cracked, and even the counter had chips in it. As for customer service... terrible. The receptionist was rude and seemed exasperated before I even opened my mouth. We arrived 10 minutes early for our 1:45 pm appointment. Paperwork was filled out in 10 minutes and when I gave her the paperwork she told me to wait and she'd give me the I.D. and benefits cards back. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and she finally looked up and told me she'd call my name in a while and to sit down. Confused, I did so. At 2:40 pm, our name was finally called. I went up to the counter again and she said she'd forgotten to charge for the copay. Fine. I pulled out a card and she informed me they only accept cash payment. Are you kidding me?! I was there for an HOUR and she couldn't have told me before that? I let her know she'd never once informed me that cash would be required, not over the phone, not upon entering the building, not when I finished paperwork. Her response was "Well, we only accept cash." I chose to leave. If I can't get quality customer service from the receptionist, there is no guarantee that I will receive good medical treatment or advice from the doctor. It's a safe bet that I will NOT receive sound medical advice. I saw a doctor and 2 other nurses/receptionists walk past behind the receptionist during this conversation. Not a single one of them would make eye contact or even acknowledge that I was there. Every single thing that you can possibly do wrong from a customer service standpoint... this clinic did.
