Great physcians, staff, and facilities. Highly recommend!
All I can say is incredible! I felt so at ease with Dr Goldman and his staff. The response time of Dr Goldman, his medical staff, and his front desk was immediate - in fact I would say they were proactive. They called me nearly every day after my procedure to check up on me. I would highly recommend his procedures to everyone! Also - very pleased with the results! I have gotten so many compliments since I've had the laser procedure!
Originally selected Dr. Goldman, due to his website stating “he is a leading medical authority around the world & invented the IPL Intense Pulse Light.” Unfortunately he SCARRED my face for life. Before the procedure,I was given a sedative. Then 4 young adults were brought in. The nurse asked if they could observe. The drug had already taken effect and I was not in my normal state of mind. I said something out of character, “lets have a party.” The outcome is a nightmare. I believe the doctor got DISTRACTED with the students. He did too many pulse passes/setting was too high. He finally did ADMIT, he was at fault, tried to remedy the problem, not successful. I requested a refund of the $6,000 he charged for the damaging my face, he refused. Office manager Friaia, has stated, his practice is a TRAINING CLINIC & I should know that he has observers. He charges MORE $ than any other doctors plus, it does NOT state on his site that you have an audience during your medical visit. BEWARE
