Dr. strolled in after 3 patients already stacked up but Patty Scharf is the real problem. She had the nerve to tell me that sending paperwork, she did not correctly send the first time to the insurance company, was a "Courtesy" and not only would not do the grueling task of tapping a few keystrokes to send it again and that I would be sent the paperwork so if there was another problem I could take care of it myself. This person deals with insurance day in and day out and could have easily said kind words like "I see you had an issue with the cpap company but I deal with several every week and have at least one or two that I can submit the paperwork to and help you get your machine, would you like me to do it?" and of course I would have accepted. INSTEAD she was rude, unprofessional and to top it of on the very day she said she would send Me the paperwork she went on vacation the next day and sent Nothining. It's OK Patty, while you were sipping margarita's on vacation I was struggling with sleep apnea. At 70 I could have used a little bit of help. I hope anyone reading this will realize that their life is literally in the hands of this rude, lazy, unprofessional who apparently thinks doing her job is a "courtesy". Are you going to trust this person with your life? Seniors, you want to be treated like this? So many good doctors who supervise their staff who perform their duties without thinking it is a courtesy, why would you ever go here. I have been using the doctor for over a year now! His bedside manner and knowledge is exceptional. I feel and trust him going forward with my care! Patty is very professional and caring! I have asked her numerous questions she answers them all thoroughly ! My prescriptions are sent to different locations and Patty makes sure it’s taken care of! Although the Dr. arrived late the worst part of this practice is the staff. Apparently they have some sort of rule that the grueling process of tapping letters on a keyboard to send paperwork electronically is so unbearable that they have a "courtesy" of sending it and that means if they have to do it more than once they consider it your problem. Your Health and Well Being mean nothing. I have waited for the correct papterwork for over 3 months. In my opinion, the person in charge of paperwork, the one who does it every day, all week, all year, could have simply called me, out of courtesy, and simply told me that she deals with one or two companies that never give a hard time and if I wanted she could have sent them the paperwork and helped a Senior Citizen navigate the ever increasingly complicated health care paperwork. Instead she decided that my health and well being are not as important as her doing as little as possible to help me. Sad situation and still no cpap machine

Dr seemed is great. Very nice with great bedside manner. I have used his sleep lab 3 times and each time was equally comfortable. Great techs. Secretaries are very helpful and polite.
