Dr. Mohammad Hajianpour

Great office visit. I was seeing quickly. The doctor’s assessment was well explained to me. Direct to the point. He was not one of those doctors that rushes you to have surgery. He made some recommendations that were on invasive and the results were working in my favor. I would recommend his office without hesitation. It’s modern, with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We went to see Dr. Hajianpour for my son's knee pains yesterday. He entered the room and said "there's nothing I can do" He didn't even ask the reason for our visit or what the problem that my 7 year old son was having. He didn't evaluate him and we only spent maybe 5 minutes in his office. This was terrible service and needless to say I left there with an unresolved problem. He was completely rude and I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I WILL NOT RETURN.

Seem like the office is overbooked although I know there are different doctors, but the wait time is very long. The doctor himself seem to be informational and patient.

The providers front office staff especially the receptionist slimy blond lady, was very passive aggressive. I spoke with her a day previous to inquire about all of the information I would need to be seen by the ortho doctor, while I was at the PCP office, and while speaking with the referral dept at the PCP office to ensure all approvals, referral and authorization were complete and submitted to Dr Hajaianpour office, so we can be provided services. Dr H receptionist provided the information and in return the PCP office provided a referral, an authorization for service with the ortho doctors info, and a transcript from the medical insurance company stating the insurance coverage is active. On the appt day the Dr H receptionist the same person that was in the phone previously, and after 45 min of waiting for her to come back to her station, states that I need to call the insurance company and have them verbally verify insurance coverage. I tried to SHOW, her that the approved"AUTHORIZATION" from the insurance which states the coverage is active and will be paid, she would not look at it or accept as evidence of coverage. I ask to speak with an Office Manager and was directed to yet another receptionist that doesn't know what an approved Authorization represents either. Finally, 1 hour after the appt time, the insurance company rep verified the insurance "verbally"., and gave them the same info that was on the auth and proof of coverage. The kicker , by this time , it was late and the ortho Dr left for the day and instead of informing us of that, Dr H receptionist made us sit in the back and wait another 30 mins, for someone to tell us, we couldn't be seen. If this was the first time something like this happened I wouldn't be writing this review, but we have had 5 different instances were we were DENIED service due to the incompetence of their billing procedures or incompetence of the receptionist. After all was said and done I called the insurance again and was confirmed that all they needed was the approved authorization and that it was their job to verify the certificate number with the insurance company. Needless to say Dr. HAJANPOUR WILL be losing at least 8 clients and personal references that I have referred to Total Othropedic on Oakland Park in Fort Lauderdale, and further complaints will be made to the insurance company, and office manager.

He knew exactly what my problem was and what to do. A wonderful doctor.

Broke my right wrist and dr. Mohammad and dra. Bianca Menezes &team were amazing - from doing my fracture reduction at the facility , seeing me frequently for follow ups during treatment till TODAY , when my wrist healed perfectly . They are amazing doctors with a lot of knowledge , making the patients very confident. All staff , from keeping appointments on time to nurses and X-ray team are kind , professionals and made the problems / appointments easier do deal with. Thank you

Great care and on time

I took my 13 yr old son to Dr. Haji's office for a fractured thumb. Dr. Haji and his staff were very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. Dr. Haji is very knowledgeable and explained exactly what we could expect.

I was in pain the whole time. He explained me everything. I was able to ask questions. I was upset with the pain. But he helped me.

He is a great doctor with a lot of experience very professional and very caring. The best I've seen for shoulders problemes

The visit was wonderful! I called the day of the appt as my child injured her ankle. They were able to get me in same day . The staff are all professional and excellent. Doctor excellent as well! I’ve been bringing my kids here for past few years and this place is the greatest !!! No wait time !

He doesn’t listen and when he does listen he pretended like you’re not there , he basically told me if you don’t like the damn doctor see someone else ,I said to him you are being over exaggerative ,because I didn’t say that I didn’t like you . The executive administrator Tara Lee is RUDE as can be. This morning, Feb. 7, 2023, I arrived at 8:30 a.m., for my scheduled appointment. She called me up to pay my co-pay. She tells me I that I have an outstanding balance. Which I tried to explain to her that I do not; hell the first thing you do is pay your co-pay before service. Nonetheless, as I am talking she interrupts me, tries to shove a printout of the alleged outstanding bill at me, while at the same time overtalking me. As Judge Judy says, you have one mouth and two ears for a reason. Ms. Lee try letting someone else speak. Your staff doesn't like your RUDE 8:30 am attitude either. Please don't tell me to talk to the billing department; tell the billing department to post payments properly, answer the telephone and return phone calls.

I saw Dr. Joseph is place of Dr Haji. Knowledgeable and very human. He listened well and did a great job at explaining everything. He gave me a diagnosis I agreed with. Quick wait time, friendly staff. I will be going back for my follow-up.

All the staff that work in the office are very professional and the doctor is very patient in explaining the situation, they were all very kind.

This doctor is a quack and very disrespectful to his staff. He yells at them in front of everybody not to mention he had inappropriate jokes about Russians and about my weight. His diagnosis for my problem was I need to lose 80 pounds. I just came back from a second opinion, with a real orthopedic doctor, and found out it’s a pinched nerve he did not even know how to diagnose me properly. He was very negative and we’re not even try to assist me. I bought him my MRI disk and obviously he did not even know how to read it because when I took it to the other real orthopedic doctor, he was able to diagnose me and treat me. I will never go to this place again poor poor service I do have to say his staff was very professional and courteous. Mainly the young lady at the front desk. The one that he yelled at in front of everybody. Hot mess he is.

This is Scherry Ladson. My experiences was quite learnable. I found out how to better take care of my injured knee. Looking forward to my next visit at Total Orthopedic.The office was very Professional and Clean and Friendly.

Despite the wait prior to seeing the doctor, I am satisfied with Dr Hahianpour. He determined and diagnosed the cause of my situation, administered the treatment and a follow up.

Excellent! Professional. Polite. Knowledgeable. Assessed the situation using all relevant and pertinent info. Provided diagnostic as well as action steps going forward. As a runner this proved to be helpful since I am signed up for a marathon in 4 weeks time. Will recommend and return.

This “dr” shouldn’t be allowed to practice anymore, he simply does not have the cognitive ability to do so anymore, nor the patience or minimum empathy, you’re not a allow to ask a single question, he’s simply obtuse.

He was terrible. I felt belittled. He was rushing, rude and condescending. He stated things like “well you can find someone else” and “did you not hear me” because I sat down not knowing he wanted me to stand with my injury. Terrible terrible experience with him!

I love the friendliest the staff have with the patient and how quickly they serve you, and the doctor's to explain in detail what your issues are.

Our visit was precise and to the point. The Dr gave very good down to earth explanations and directions for my daughter's scoliosis diagnoses!

Doctor Bianca was very sweet and helpful. She took her time with us. The lady at the X rays department, sorry we didn’t get her name, she speaks Spanish, very sweet and considerate. Very positive experience. Thanks.

I have been going to Dr. Hajianpour for at least three years now. My job is physical and I have ended up with a few different injuries. He is very helpful and his therapy team is great.

Dr. Mohammad Hajianpour,MD he is one of the finest Orthopedic doctor I have met, so far I have no complain in him which would be negative. He explains everything in detail to my understanding, I am looking forward to my continuous care with him and the rest of staff, at first my arrival I was not please with the front desk staff, but it worked out.

im in a bad place with bone on bone Arthritis in both knees...i dont do much else but cry and hurt. But Dr. Hajianpour is very sympathetic and dosnt sugar coat any of the facts. He even complimented my over all appearance, i dont feel so beautiful these days. His staff is also to be complimented. No miracles here but hopefully a successful surgery.. I miss being active and im reminded every second, but Dr H. is doing his best to make me comfortable and i thank him. I like the fact that Dr Hajianpour gave me options for my treatment and when I ask him questions he gave me his full attention.

I am very happy about my visit to Dr Mohammad Hajianpour’s office. He’s extremely knowledgeable and made precise recommendation. The staff also had me in and out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Found Dr Hajianpour by chance with my insurance. He’s straight to the point and provides you the care you need. I was in and out of his office quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him for all your orthopedic needs.

The doctor did not ask me not one question about myself or my history. He came in blazing with the results of the x-ray and stated several things without knowing my conditions or medication‘s that I currently take that could have led up to why I have the certain circumstances. This is my first and last time seeing this doctor. I never.

This was the most unprofessional visit I've ever had at a doctor's office. I will never go back to this office ever again.. He was very unprofessional professiona, he never as anything about my meducal history he just started in on me he told me when I explained to him I had problems losing weight to just just don't eat I told him that would be hard to do as I am a diabetic he says I'm a diabetic I have heart conditions I have all this going on with me and look at me all you have to do is just not eat.. I told him I understood about my weight and that I needed to lose the weight. He also told me about a procedure in office and that my husband can pay for it and I told him I was not married that I can pay for my own stuff he said whether your boyfriend could pay for it which I don't understand what this has to do with him looking at my knee while getting ready to leave the office he tells me well you know you need to lose weight I told him yes I do understand that and he told me I have tape indicating to me that I need to just take my mouth shut so I won't eat.. One of the worst experience i have ever had. He was so called humor was not funny to me at all. Never went over my history with me told me to lose weight that will help and I could do that by just stop eating. He even told me he had some tape for me ( meaning to tape my mouth closed) I made a complaint to my insurance company I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT OFFICE AGAIN!

I have been going to this doctor’s office for over 2 months now He is the best doctor and explained everything in details (her finger got fractured now it’s been fixed). I’m glad I chose the right one!

AWESOME!!!!!

Dr. Hajanpour is amazing, very experienced and great with kids. The ladies in the reception area are very unpleasant and lack the warmth a front desk staff should have.

Dr. Hajianpour showed no eye contact while in the room. He never asked me any questions regarding my medical condition. He show no compassion and empathy regarding my pain and suffering. Very poor communication skills. He was constantly speaking into a dictating machine. His assistance related very little information regarding my concerns. He was in and out the room about 5mins. Front desk, MA and doctor were all good. Everything explained very well and they answered all the question I had. I didn’t feel rushed.

It was a terrible experience the Dr almost didn't let me talk I think he was rude enough when he told me "I'll order you an a MRI to make you happy" just because I was asking questions and concern about my injured .As a patient h I have the right to ask questions and is very sad that this Dr does not agree with that.I respect that he probably knew what he was saying specially because he is an elderly man But the way he approached to me was very very inappropriate.

I liked how they took care of me....and helped me with my situation......

Yesterday 1/11/2022 I had my first visit with Mohammad Hajianpour and it will be my last. I have a meniscus tear and a cyst in my right knee. My primary had faxed over the MRI the previous day. I am in a lot of pain and have to use a knee stabilizer and a walker to get around. I am over weight and understand that is May very we’ll be the main reason for my meniscus tear. I refuse to call this man a doctor so I will refer to him by his name. Mohammad took one look at me told me my weight is the reason for my knee hurting. He looked at the scans the tech had taken a few minutes before but never looked at the MRI nor did he bother to listen to what I had to say. He didn’t spend not even 7 minutes with me. But I still agreed with, that wasn’t enough for him though. He proceeded to telling me that if I looked more like his assistant I wouldn’t have this problem. And he made sure to tell me to stop eating before he left the room. He had no consideration whatsoever for my tears. He did nothing for my pain he did nothing. This man should not be allowed to be a doctor. His license should be revolved. Everyone there was super nice, especially the x-ray tech, but Mohammad needs to be fired.
