She saved my life.
Very bad experience with Monique. I’ve seen several therapist and have never had someone be so unprofessional and blatantly rude to me. When i shares my concern about why she booked another client In my SCHEDULED appointment time (which I scheduled months ago and was desperately needed stemming from a personal issue) she got super defensive, unprofessional, rude – eventually hanging up in my face as I’m crying on the phone. I’m a new mother, struggling with PPD and other issues, just gotten back into work after maternity leave. I started coming to her while on maternity leave with a flexible schedule the minute that changed it all went downhill. After previously having to re-schedule, in which I did so IN ADVANCE IN LINE WITH HER POLICY she still took issue and dropped me as a client without notice to me. When I left work and showed up to my SCHEDULED appointment she said that she was in a session with someone else and turned me away in a time of need. The final straw was her hanging
