I don't know why I haven't left a review earlier. Just over a year ago, Dr. Chen (and the ER staff at Kaiser Harbor City) saved my dad's life when his heart started to fail. I friend of mine is a heart failure specialist, so I had him speak to Dr. Chen over the phone, and my buddy assured me that my father was getting the proper treatment. Dr. Chen always explained everything carefully and answered all my annoying questions. I can't thank the good doctor and the ER nurses/doctors enough
