My spouse & I found Dr. Morton Rubin to be a competent, compassionate physician. He removed bits of bone that broke off under the knee cap in 1994 which was the result of a 10'-15' fall from a ladder at work. Harleysville Insurance Company (work comp carrier) and BCBS fought about who was responsible for paying the bill. Dr. Rubin never once asked us for payment. He showed us a video prior explaining the knee joint replacement and offered popcorn! The post surgery care was excellent!
