Mounir Shenouda

Dr. Shenouda, is wonderful! He's caring, listens to me and answer's all my questions. A lot times I use the patient portal and I receive a response in a timely manner.

Dr.shenouda is am amazing physician. Always takes his time and has amazing bedside manner. He is very thorough. He is truly a dr who cares

Professional, friendly, makes eye contact, & does not “run” out of the room before you can remember the questions you wanted to ask! And he’s THOROUGH, a really good doc!

Dr.shanouda is a very thorough dr. He is always pleasant and caring. I highly recommend him.

My family primary care physician for over 20 years. A good man that love people, and his job. He is keeping me alive.

Please do not ever use this doctor for treatment. I was in a car accident and hv suffered neck spasms and almost daily migraines for over 6 months now & went to Dr Shenouda for treatment. NONE of my medically records had correct physical assessments, treatment or accurately listed how I felt when I went to appointments. 99% of the time since April I have been almost in TEARS in his office from pain and stating how I was becoming depressed, couldn’t sleep, had trouble walking, anxiety, daily migraines/headaches, nausea, weakness in left leg, extreme back pain, etc but neither Dr. Shenouda or his PA Jessica Lambert EVER listed this accurately. I came in for follow ups from ER visits and full assessments was never made. I asked after being off work for almost 2 months if I could try to work part time and he signed off on 4 hours a day, 20 hours max a week. Well month after month I was advising him that I was missing more days than attending because of constant pain. He wrote plenty of prescriptions but never indicated WHY. Isn’t that malpractice?!?? I had to sit in the office for hours to ensure paperwork was correct and ultimately was told to complete myself by Dr Shenouda and he would sign off on it but he purposely signed an illegible signature that my Short Term Disability provider did not accept which along with his COMPLETE FAILURE to accurately list the the symptoms and conditions I was having and reasons for giving numerous referrals and prescriptions. How can you legally write a prescription/s and place work restriction for MONTHS without medical & accurately documenting why?!??!????!!! Please do not ever use this doctor for treatment. I went to Dr Shenouda for about 6 months and feel that he is not a good doctor at all. I left and went to a different doctor I heard good things about. The new doctor told me that I was correct in that I did not need a CPAP, nor do I need all the Pharmaceuticals that Dr Shenouda kept trying to push on me. But I should have known from the start not to trust him when I asked him a question about a prescription medication ( a question I already knew the answer to) and he answered wrong. Best Doctor Ever....he listens and very attentive.

Switched doctor offices after 3 visits. I asked Dr Shenouda some questions about a medication he was prescribing me. I already knew the answers, and he answered wrong. Which tells me he either doesnt know about the medication, or he was lying. But some people like doctors who throw pills at them, instead of trying to fix the cause of a problem. Some people probably think hes a great doctor, but some people think Mcdonalds makes a great burger too.

Dr Shenouda has been my GP since he first started his practice in Illinois , I have the utmost confidence in him. He is compassionate and will explain things to you in easy to understand manner and best of all appreciates when you ask questions and actively participate in your health care well-being. Dr. Shenouda and the worker's in his office are incompetent, have poor QA/QC and overlook obvious signs of illness in their senior patients. He provides poor quality care and failed to catch signs of her illnesses and ailments and start treatment for early intervention. His staff looses documents and are misinformed. Dr. Shenouda seems to not care about his patients and does the bare minimum required to collect insurance payments. He's a terrible doctor and need to resign.

Dr. Shenouda is a caring and compassionate doctor. I always feel better after talking to him and he never makes me feel stupid or silly. You don't find doctors like him very often, I highly recommend him!

Ive been a patient of Dr Shenouda for over 10 years but I am firing him as my Dr due ONLY to the rude & disrespectful behavioir of his STAFF & NURSES. I really have nothing bad to say about Dr Shenouda & his performance as a Dr but his staff & nurses need to all be fired! They're rude, nasty,disrespectful & obviously care nothing about the patients. I've even had one of his nurse's(Teresa) rudely hang up the phone on me because I expressed my dissatisfaction w/ how I've been treated by his staff

busy man ,, but thorough,, have been his patient for 5+ yrs. staff A+, any blood work one needs, drawn in same office. saves you time, and a trip!
