After a bad experience that my elderly mother had with another neurologist doctor Ismail was God sent. Dr. Ismail is very knowledgeable, patient and has great bedside manner. If you are looking for a kind and knowledgeable neurologist I would highly recommend Dr. Ismail.

Dr. Ismail is a wonderful doctor. He didn't rush me. He actually listened to me. The office is very organized. Documents were texted to me and I was able to complete everything online. The staff is very nice, Ms. Kendra set up everything for me. The wait for my first appointment was 30 minutes, my second appt. was a 10 minute wait. Highly recommend this Neurologist.

Dr Ismail is very kind and a no nonsense neurologist. Since I've had chronic migraines over 59 years, he referred me to a Headache Clinic who only specializes in my condition. Best recommendation yet.

Dr. Ismail is an amazing doctor. He listens to your concerns and he never rush through the appointment. The office is never crowded and the wait time is short. His staff is also well mannered.

Dr. is great! Front office staff is awful, and very rude. Put me on hold and hung up on me three time and blamed me (how do you blame a customer because you can't do your job right), then thought they put me on hold again and told another person that they have to put people on hold that rude (was not rude). Call me back and was still rude and unprofessional. Not taking my father there again!

MMJ care. I will tell you, they really care. John (GM) has gone out of his way for me. I couldn't imagine a place that could be better than this. I am disabled I get really weak sometimes, they understand. This is the only place that has ever truly helped me. Go to this place they have two locations. They probably have more now.

Dr.Ismail is what you would call a doctor sent from Jannah (heaven). He is someone who goes above and beyond for his patients. His office staff is nice, and he himself has taken care of me, my mum, and my grandfather. He’s patient and he has great active listening skills. He genuinely cares for you and it shows. I wish he practiced all fields because this is what every doctor should be like. Highly recommend him for all your neurology based needs as you will not be disappointed. Great experience. Dr. Ismail is knowledgeable and considerate. Explained things in detail, answered all the questions. He even saw me on a Saturday! Almost no wait time. Neat office and pleasant staff.

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service of the office - they reached out to me when they got the referral from my primary Dr and got me in right away. Dr was very nice and attentive.

I went to Dr Ismail for chronic migraines. I was not asked to bring any prior medical records. Dr Ismail was very pleasant but I left unsatisfied with no prescriptions or anything. In addition, once he saw that I was on an antidepressant, I was asked if I see a psychiatrist. I told him no that my primary doctor prescribed them for me and they work well. I left with an appointment for his wife that practices psychiatry there as well. : (

I would like to thank Dr. Saiqu Ismail for helping me off a highly addictive drug. I have changed so much because of her knowledge and skill to bring me back to the living. I am deeply indebted to her. I recommend her over any Dr. I have seen in my lifetime. I am now on the right medication thanks to her.

My daughter was having headaches in one spot. She went to see Dr. Ismail on a Friday. He was very kind and knowledgeable in his field of neurology. She was very scared of the prognosis. She had an MRI on Monday. The doctor's office called her with the results Monday evening. Everything was normal. Further investigation forthcoming. I had to see a neurologist and Dr. Ismail's office is near my house. He was very punctual with the appointment time and had a very kind personality. He also conducted a very thorough physical exam and made sure to listen to all my concerns. I felt really comfortable at his office and he continued to follow up with my care even after the visit. We appreciate his kindness and thoroughness during her visit. He was very knowledgeable and put her at ease during a stressful time. My mother saw Dr. Ismail for a new patient visit. I was so pleased with his friendliness and compassion. Not only was he so knowledgeable but his bedside manner was exceptional. Dr. Ismail made my mother feel extremely comfortable and made sure she understood everything about her medical needs and necessities. Hes very resourceful, a genuine kind person and spends his time looking for ways to help you find answers to your conditions. Dr. Ismail is an excellent neurologist. He is an expert in his field. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient—putting my worries at ease. The staff at his practice is also excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a neurologist.

If this office have any sense they would get JOHN front desk out of this office I called for an appointment new patient and he tells me my sickle cell is not enough reason to see the doctor I asked him is he a nurse or dr he said no and I better not ever disrespect him sir how was I disrespecting you by trying to get an appointment for my neck head and sickle cell obviously he knows not a word about fibromyalgia sickle cell disease or anything I felt like I was on trial I will never ever go to this office and I haven’t even seen the doctor .
