Dr. Aggarwal is the best doctor I've had in the past 10 years of having glaucoma. Excellent and knowledgeable staff makes the appointment effortless. By far, the best eye dr I've ever seen.

Friendly, Knowledgeable, and patient Doctor & Staff. Answers all of my questions. Very helpful. Clean Facility! Great people! Convenient location and never an issue with parking which is pretty rare in Merritt Island as it is!

Dr. Aggarwal and all his staff are exceptional: professional, efficient, friendly. They always make you comfortable. My review is lacking one star only because the wait time could be improved.

I love this place. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Dr. Aggarwal is awesome. He explains that is going on and is very friendly. If anyone ever needs a eye doctor I will definitely recommend them.

Two weeks ago I arrived at Merritt Island I am Laser Clinic for Blepharoptosis surgery on my top eyelids. Needless to say I was very nervous, however, that didn't last long at all. The staff answered all my questions in a very professional manner and took such good care of me before during and after the procedure. They are very encouraging and super nice. I can't think of a better place to have eye surgery. They made me feel so comfortable I would go back a hundred times. And a special shout out to Amber who really went above and beyond getting my PCP to approve the surgery. She was so helpful and I can't thank her enough.

I was told that they do not accept Freedom Health/Argus Vision insurance at my appointment for cataract testing and evaluation in May 2021. I was told by video and Dr Aggarwal what the lazer procedure would be and that the cost would be $2400+ for each eye in May. They called about 10 days later (June) to schedule my surgery. I told the scheduling person I could not have the surgery at that time due to the cost. Then I received a EOB stating that they had been reimbursed June 15 for the bill submitted for the testing. I called the office to speak to the billing/ insurance office. Pam, the manager, said they were in negotiations with Argus and had terminated contracts July 1. Which she she said they have accepted authorization (which I had) and payment from insurance if I had the surgery when they called to schedule in June- but no one told me. This broke my trust and confidence in Dr. Aggarwal and staff. I would not recommend this practice.

He also performed surgery on me, and put me under anesthesia. His office literally kicked me out before I even came to and I had to hear about it when I finally woke up at home. I'm not sure what is acceptable to say, since you won't publish what I wrote! So all I will say is STAY AWAY! And I have the pictures and text and VM to prove it!!!!

Can I give less than one star!!!!!! His aesthetician burned my face with her laser! I had to go to emergency room!!!! No consideration at all! His answer was, tough it happened sometime!!! He does injectables and if you go to an ophthalmologist for injectables, you should have your head examined!!!! No professional demeanor at all. All they want are your money!!!! And they kept all of it!!!!!!

Good surgeon

Good surgeon His staff is all very professional. Tammy was an angel as I’m an anxious patient. Have had two appointments I showed up and was told yes on schedule but Dr not there. The wait time in Suntree is really a problem. I put up with wait as Dr A is worth it. Very calm demeanor and I trust his skills. All the Med Techs and front office staff is very friendly.

Terrible experience just trying to set up an appt. Going somewhere else after reading the horrible reviews here.

I gave up with this doctor's office 'cause I had to have my new glasses redone 3 times and they still weren't right. Took an old pair to Walmart and had them make glasses for me. Bad experience, very frustrating, and very expensive.

My experience was great. The Dr was thorough and kind despite the office being busy. I will continue treatment with Dr Aggarwall!

I have had a pretty good experience with them had bad pink eye , never had eye problems so that’s all I can say. They prescribed me stuff that helped me sooo much!

Dr. Aggarwal has wonderful bedside manner. I have always been very happy with my experiences with him and his staff. The clinic is always busy yet the staff is always patient and very helpful and the doctor has never left me sitting for long I highly recommend doctor Aggerwal.

I have been a patient off and on for years (based on whether my insurance would be covered). I have NEVER had a bad experience and wait times have been fine for me within expected limits. With new glasses, I've had to take them back on two different occasions, and the doctors were completely on top of the problem with no issues having to get me into the office ASAP and have the glasses redone. Very competent staff and the doctors have great bed side manners. I would highly recommend.

The waiting time is ALWAYS at least an he and a half. I spent $6400 and still do not see as good as I did when I first walked into their door. Hate the ridiculous long wait. Do not recommend since my time doesn't matter to him or his post o.o dr.

Money laundering and unethical practice. Others had warned me but still went to see the Dr as they were close by. Fees is a RIPOFF. They perform unnecessary tests without informing upfront to mint money. For the same diagnosis, afterwards when checked with "legit" Drs, their fees was less than half. Staff has NO compassion. Shameful!

Really, you've been doing this for years. You never quite get them paid off. I've been going to Dr for years, but Im done. Was called to make an appointment, I did not call them, and was told my visit was 100% covered. Went ahead and made the appointment they wanted to do a follow-up. Was called by them that my insurance will not cover the next visit. Three months later received a bill for initial visit. Would not recommend this doctor or this group as it was a scam with your insurance company.

I was a patient, their wait time is ridiculous! After waiting in the waiting room for a half hour they put you in a room, then you wait there for another half hour, then they will come in and move you to another to room, still haven't done anything to you! They think you are stupid,,,well I'm not. Then the billing...oh geez..that's another thing. Yes I left with a balance. I will pay it off when I can, cuz I don't think it's right..but what can ya do..but pay it. the Dr himself, he is ok..when and if you ever get to see him. Dr. Aggarwal is a great doctor. The staff is friendly and I will continue to refer my family and friends to the Eye Clinic & Laser Institute.

The lady that tested my eye pressed too hard on the eye itself when checking the pressure and made it where I couldn't open my eye. She did a better job on left eye after several attempts and from realizing she pressed on my eye too hard. Also, I don't know what they did with the numbing. I gave them a call 4/18 asking them how long the numbing is suppose to last and they said 15-20 minutes. I looked online and it says 4-24 hours or more. My eye sight is worst. The lady on phone argued.
