It is my second time in this place and it was very unpleasant to be there I went for a general medical check-up that same day I found out that a coworker possibly had COVID she works very far from my job and I did not talk to her so I told them that I was possibly exposed to COVID and I wanted to do the test separately that I am pregnant first very badly that I do not have COVID tests being a medical center and apart they took me out of the medical center like a dog that I felt ugly I did not like the way of talking and getting me out so from the office since I wasn't even sure that I had COVID, I didn't even have symptoms ...

I have been Dr. Pimentel patient for close to 20 years, She is An excellent Doctor, always on top of her patient is well-being, but what makes Her more exceptional is Her personal caring touch for each and every one of Her patients. She makes you feel more than a patient, more like a caring family member. You do not see to many doctors like this Anymore, She is a very rare find. I recommend Her Highly

I have been Dr.Nadia Martinez Pimentel patient for 4 yrs.She is so caring and compassionate with me everytime I got a appointment with her.She is a Professional at what she does and she always puts a smile on My face.When I tell her i'm having pain she will give me a Referral to see a specialist for What is bothering me.Dr Martinez-Pimentel is the best doctor that I ever had and I appreciate her so much.I would recommend my Family and Friends to choose her as their Primary care Doctor.

Horrible Customer Service by both offices staff. It took me 3 weeks to book an appointment. I was given many excuses for not helping me from saying the doctor did not take my insurance (which is not true because I verified with my insurance) to saying the doctor could only see my in one of the offices. Topping the worse service I had ever experience by a doctors office staff today they call me cancelling the appointment that it had taken me so long to get because the doctor was not going to be in the office that day. Sad because I was really looking forward to meeting Dr. Nadia. I was looking for a hispanic women doctor with experience.

I just started going to Dr. Martinez clinic recently, I had a terrible strep throat that was going on for weeks, as well as ear pains, and etc. She is a wonderful doctor, the best I've had so far. She was very nice, knowledgable, quick, prompt, and knew exactly what to prescribe. She also made sure if I was having any other issues and made sure I was being treated correctly. My pain went away in a matter of a couple of days thanks to her. I will be looking foreword to seeing this doctor more often now.

I recently started going to Dr. Martinez de Pimentel as my primary care doctor. She is friendly and approachable and genuinely cares about her patients well being. I've had wonderful experiences with her. She takes her time in explaining any questions you may have and gives wonderful advice. The wait time might be a little long, but it's worth it.

Dr.Nadia is a wonderful woman and physician. She knows her stuff, asks the right questions and is a good listener. The one thing that I find difficult in dealing with her office is that business is conducted in Spanish. Not being a Spanish speaker it can be frustrating to constantly receive phone messages and live calls in Spanish. This seems to fall on deaf ears, as I have mentioned it to her and staff multiple times in the last 5 years. I am looking for another primary physician.

Dr. Martinez-Pimentel is an excellent doctor. I came to her the first time in Jan 2016 and she was thorough and caring. I returned today May 2017 for an annual and I'm still satisfied with her care. I understand that people can get annoyed with the wait time and support staff but there rating the doctor not the staff. Out of many doctors I've seen, Dr. Martinez-Pimentel is very professional and caring. She's worth the wait.

The actual time in the clinic with the doctor was fine. She got the job done. However, her support staff and nurses are very incompetent and rude. They can neither conduct a simple blood draw nor can they tell you the practice's proper hours of operation. They are inattentive to the patients in the waiting room. They completely disregard any scheduling; they asked me to come in early but I ended up waiting for over two hours before being seen by the doctor. Go elsewhere for your medical care.

Her staff is extremely unprofessional,rude and disorganized. You will schedule an appointment with Pimentel and end up with another doctor. I waited about 2 hours so she can rush me. On top of that she tells me that she's only allowed to give me only 3 referrals because my insurance doesn't allow it. That's a Lie and everyone knows that...So why will I even trust her with my own health? Her staff gave my confidential info/results to someone who wasn't me through the phone!!!!!
