I've seen Dr. Lui as needed for years. Never had a bad experience and she is always very thorough with my health. Friendly staff and PA

Been my PC for years. I trust her judgement and feel she truly cares.

Dr. Liu has been my physician for the past 15 years. She has been and is very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate in her treating me as a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Liu as a personal care physician.

I THINK MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE OLD, AND CONCERN HER STAFF MORE THAN DR. LIU. SHE'S UPGRADED THE STAFF, AND SHE AND NURSE CANTRELL HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. PLEASE DON'T LET OLD REVIEWS STOP YOU FROM SEEING DR. LIU.

Terrible. Refused to provide medical note of my condition to get Covid vaccine. Not first refusal - would not provide documents needed for yearly check ups. Doctor in name only - there one day a week in the morning only. Thankful to the Nurse Practitioner - unfortunately, she has no say in the lack of practices provided by Liu. I had to select one star for rating, my preference would have been not to select any.

Shyster practices. I'd been a patient for yrs. I go 12/30/19. I had 10:15 appt, arrive 10:20 but a lady is on her phone calling a ride blocking the sign in. I sign in and told I'm 15 min late!I told her look at the clock. This blonde lady says the Dr wrote no call/show and crossed me out since she didn't see me @ 10:15. I told her I saw her at the counter while in line,she wasn't there at 10:15 herself. Told me I'd have to reschedule. When I did, they say I owe $25. I'm not paying when she canceled me. It's 9/2020 and I get a collections notice. 9/8 I go there. Staff pulls my chart and Its written in my chart no call/no show, nothing she can do. I noticed Liu's increased her fee to $50 if you're late. Easy money when you charge people more than their co-pay for late/no call. Dr. Liu doesn't even follow her own written office policy that's deceitful. No integrity at all.

Receptionist is beyond rude.

Customer service is the worst. Have to change my primary physician. Dr. Liu and Nurse Cantrell are great, however the ladies that answer the phone are rude and argumentative.

Horrible!! Changing my PCP today. Dr. Lui REFUSED to have a peer to peer conversation so I could have an referral approved!

I will never step foot in that woman's office again. I stopped seeing her over a year ago and then out of nowhere receive a letter from a collection agency that I owed her money. Billing claims they sent out a statement since July of last year which is a big, fat lie. I do not appreciate being made to feel like a deadbeat. Now I understand why she has so many negative reviews on line. I was accused of being immature because I demanded to know how this could have happened. Neither the office staff or the billing department apologized for any inconvenience or for smearing my good name.

I've been going to Dr. Nadine Liu for years. She is professional when you get to see her. The staw that finished me and thus gets this review is her staff. The staff is unprofessional and rude. I had cancelled apoointments before and charged, even when I had the names of who I had spoken to. I still stayed. The reason I left was upon visiting another doctor and asking if they received my labs from her office they said no with the note that Dr. Liu said not to release them till I had another test and visit with her. I called from my doctors office and was told no. I persisted and told them I filled out papers for this to happen and another doctor requested it and they would not release the results. The doctor was busy with patients. I had my vist and asked for PCP referals after telling this doctor my story. I went to her office and was given papers but could not speak to Dr. Lui. This was very unprofessional and NOT in the well being of your patients. I will never refer anyone!!!

Went to my daughters appointment and the office doors were locked and I called and no one would pick up the phone! They better not try to charge me! Going somewhere else

My dog had a serious breathing problem the morning i was suppose to see the Dr. I had to take him to the vet immediatley. Called the office and they had the nerve to say that that would cost me $25 for no show. No heart no compassion, and no business from me......

Waste of time! We took our little one here several times. Front desk is incompetent. Every time we went the computers were down. Labs were taken but not sent out. Our child had urgent issue going on. I called to check lab results after several days. Nurse told me there no record of labs being taken. Took our child back to repeat (my mistake) Issue happened again! Cover up story after being told labs not sent ...."oh we tested in house and didnt need to send out". Gave copy of immunizations to nurse. Asked to look over to see if needing any shots. Was told to schedule another appointment for this. Really? I had gone three times in less than a month. Dr.Lui pulled me aside and said your lucky I saw you today. I squeezed you in. Yeah because your staff is incompetent and didnt process my child's labs. Dr wanted to see us again. Did not return. Saw another dr and was quickly referred to specialist. This place is a joke! My mother in law has been seeing this doctor for years, i don't know what took my sister in law & i so long to find another doctor (PCP) for her. Dr Liu DOESN'T EVEN VISIT THE NORTHEAST METHODIST HOSPITAL WHEN MY MOTHER IN LAW IS ADMITTED/STAYING FOR CARE/TREATMENT. Dr Liu is ALWAYS sending her for xrays & labs & theres ALWAYS FOLLOW UPS for those. I have yo use & take vacation days from work just to get her to those follow ups from xrays/labs. My mother in law also has stage 3-4 kidney disease & half the time she's being given prescriptions that could affect her kidney's...like WTHeck!! FINALLY, we've found doctors for our MOM & SHE'S IN GOOD HANDS NOW. & in my opinion the people that work at the practice of Dr Liu...WHERE'D THEY GET THEIR LEARNING DONE? This place sucks

Run... don’t go to this place!!! The people that work there are lousy they could care less about correcting mistakes they make. !!!

Horrible customer service. They are not organized at all.

Horrible don't go there. They don't even answer the phone. Also they were over charging us and when my husband confronted them they laughed. They were so rude and basically said we're never going to see our money again. If I could give them negative stars I would. They are ridiculously rude to everyone.

Poor customer service. (office staff) They wrote me a scrip and then HEB needed to get a pre-authorization from the Dr, Heb has tried 4 times but the Dr. office never responded, now their closed at 4 on Friday. Gone 4 days without my med's and now I have to wait till Monday. Today is Tuesday and HEB called them directly and resent the paper work to the Dr's office. None of the staff has replied! I love nurse Cantrell. Would highly recommend her.

I have never had to wait for my appointment time and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Liu is friendly and takes the time to listen to you. She makes you feel at ease. Her PA, Ms. Cantrell is also very thorough and takes the time to listen. I would recommend Dr. Liu to all.

Very unprofessional! Very rude! And very disrespectful! She was my doctor for a couple of years and during this time I only saw her twice. She does not care for your well being. Front desk help is also very rude and unprofessional!!

Ignored on hold for over 10 minutes. Crap customer service. Also, the phone rang a lot before initial pick up. All I needed was to know next available.

Horrible!! I've been going for 6 months now with no issues (other then 2 hour long usual wait) and have been referred to many doctors for my health issues. After finally going to 6 different specialists, one of them (Endocrinologist) said my TSH levels were normal even though they've risen from 2 months before. And since I'm at risk for miscarriages or birth defects (2 months prego) I voiced my concern to Dr. Liu. And this is what she said, "what you don't trust me?! You need to trust your doctors" I explained trust works both ways and my main concern is my baby. So instead of helping me get a 2nd opinion from another endocrinologist she started talking about how informed she was on the subject and said I need to find another general doctor and then Terminated my contract with them. This doctor has a HUGE EGO and definitely does not care about her patients!!!! Instead of listening to my concerns, she kept going on and on how I won't find another general doctor like her....Wow. Well this is great news for me because now I won't waste my time with a doctor whose not informed with current medical knowledge and standards. Horrible!! Scheduled an appointment then called the day before to confirm and they didn't have me on the schedule. I rescheduled for the following week and when I arrived there was no record of me being on the schedule again. Tried to charge me a no call no show for a previous appointment that I know I called and cancelled. Office manager very rude. I had been there once before a few months earlier. I was the only person in there and the wait time was over an hour. Very poorly run practice.

The WORST! Never saw the doctor with my several visits. The PA was always different. The office manager knows I overpaid and won't give me my money back. I've called several time and he says the Dr hasn't signed the check yet. He says he hasn't even asked her why and doesn't think he should either. It's been over a year and they won't give me my $80 back.

My husband and I have gone to Dr Nadine Liu for about 18 years and trust her and her PA's implicitly. She does take time listen to your question and concerns. At times we've been referred to specialists and almost every time they were good. It's important to get your lab work done prior to your next visit so she has all the info to know what steps to take. She caught something in my husband's tests immediately that ended up being cancer.She sent him to a specialist and he has been cancer free.

Dr. Liu is very professional and answers any questions you have. I have never felt rushed out of her office. Wait time is no more than any other doctor I go to. I would not go anywhere else. My husband and I both go to her and think very highly of her.

I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Liu's NP. She was so helpful and took her time with me. Addressed all of my concerns and made me feel like i was an important PATIENT. I did have a long wait but it was worth it. Her staff was also very helpful and polite.

Dr Liu's thorough exam and tests found my husband's cancer after he had already been to specialists who did not find it. She recommended a great doctor for his radiation treatments which he was able to go to every day, worked, and went to school full time 8 years ago. We will always be grateful to Dr Liu for saving my husband's life!

Beware!!! Do not go to this Dr. office. The staff is extremely incompetent and rude my first visit I needed a prescription filled I talk to two different people four times because they kept faxing my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. The women in the office argued me even after I went driving around town trying to find out where they faxed my prescription. My last visit I needed blood work done which I got last month on 2/12/16 its now 3/8/16 I still don't have the results of that blood test.

Dr. Liu and the PAs are very competent however this office is a bad experience in every other way imaginable. Long LONG waiting time. If you need a call back then give up, it will not happen. Problems with scripts, problems with scheduling, late notices when no bills have been given. Those problems just to name a few.

Worst doctor ever! I'm glad a few patients she sees timely and treats well; but that sure wasn't me. Made me wait 1 hour plus every single time. Wouldn't remember me from one visit to the next; even when it was only 2 weeks apart. I mean she could have at least read my file and cheated or tried a little or something.
