HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was on hold 20 minutes, called back 4 times and they kept hanging up on me. Called from my daughters phone and they answered. The Dr is NEVER in. Other providers have tried reaching this Dr and have no luck reaching anybody. The providers asked who runs the front office cause it seemed as if no one knew what was going on. I called to speak to office manager and still haven’t received a call back, it’s been 3 weeks. DO NOT SIGN YOUR FAMILY UP HERE!!

Dr. Ashok is staying current in medicine, excellent in pharmacology and drug overdose who integrates knowledge with wisdom to yield the best result . He is smart, sharp, efficient and most importantly empathetic to patients.

I can’t expreas how unprofessional it is to not be able to get a hold of anyone, or to even be able to get a phone call back. It seems like they are always close! What clinic has poor management and staff! I can’t believe how difficult it is to make a dam appointment here!!

This office is appalling all around. From the rude front office to the incompetent nurse and PAs to the awful office manager to the over hour wait every single time you come. Please do yourself a favor and choose a different office. I've been here 7 times and I've never once met the doctor. The PAs are only available once a week and they make you stay with the same PA, so you only have one day a week to choose from. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I went in at a level 9 pain the week before major neck surgery and the doctor refused to give me lidocaine patches. I waited in tears for over an hour for the nurse to shrug her shoulders at me. All around all behavior. These people do not care about their patient's wellbeing whatsoever. This office is appalling all around. The staff was respectful, the facility was decent, but to set an appointment takes a month each time.

I took my mom to this office for the first time a few weeks ago and I have to say it was a great visit. The clinic was very clean and you can tell the people that work there take great care of the facility. All the staff members were friendly and cordial and very professional. Upon meeting the Dr. for the first time, she was very professional, friendly and she answered all our questions. Overall we had a very good first visit and Dr. covered all of my mother's medical needs. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone in need of physician. The doctors that are hired to work while the original Dr is out which is almost always they are very unprofessional I had to sit in the exam room and watch the Dr eat her salad and then after 10 minutes she did my exam and then called me a stupid idiot because I didn't belive in her beliefs. With out a doubt the most unprofessional place I've ever been to. Staff is rude especially the manager Maria. Please save your time and DO NOT go here.

This office is horrible long waiting times even when u have appts... Also never have available appointments a month later...this is my pcp and they can never see me always send me to the e.r or urgent care can never fill prescriptions and staff is very rude not helpful at all...

If I can do 0 stars I would!!!! This place was ridiculous, after waiting for 2 hours and 45 minutes with my 4 year old and 2 year old for there physical they tell me that I have to reschedule because they are out of shots. This place sucks ok you have to wait long enough but what makes it really bad is your prescriptions cant get filled and they cant help... Do your self a favor shop around and pass on this schlolk out fit... it sucks.

I am very unhappy with this doctors office due to bad staff, become they called me and cancel my appointment when my sugar was very high And I really needed to be seen by Leah She refused to see me I don't have any sugar medicine or high blood pressure for three months and she refused to see me
