Dr. Nancy J Charest

We have been a patient of Dr. Charest for 8 years. We have the most respect for her. Since she retired we saw another physician. While she is pleasant, measuring was inaccurate from previous visit and jokes about him not shrinking and he was taller than her, not appropriate. I strongly recommend that someone check height before anything is said and how nice it would be if someone other than Dr. Charest be polite. For other patients, please get on the same page. Appointments shouldn't be a complete debacle while you work out your kinks. Please don't tell people that bone age and bloodwork aren't exact when you have been selling that for the past 8 years.

Dr. Charest is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great frank approach to medicine. She is caring and can convey complex information very clearly. She respects my teenage son and makes sure his needs are met as well as making sure I understand what I can do to support his care. Highly recommend!

Would never recommend! She is more concerned with her transgender clinic than taking care of her patients. She has a hidden agenda. No regard for the patient as a whole. Preys on kids that are confused. Time to retire!
