I didn't even get to see the doctor. The nurse working front desk wouldn't take my insurance card because it wasn't a "hard copy". I had the app for my insurance company with my card on the phone and she refused to take it. I offered to email them to her so she could print them out and she also refused that. She was going to copy the card and give it back anyway, right? She also complained the whole time about the amount of phone calls coming in and then said "I really don't have any time for this!". Not a good experience with Nancy. Very unprofessional with grumpy attitude. Not helpful at all. Will be searching for new doctor asap

Complete joke of a doctor. Went there despite the negative reviews thinking it couldn’t be that bad, but no, she is.

Nothing impressive about this place. I’ve seen DR Al Faigin a couple times and he’s just a straight forward doctor. I wouldn’t really call him nice and he doesn’t make you feel welcome. I got done what I needed done but I left feeling like I need a new PCP. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star - but I can't post what I want unless I give her a star. My prescription ran out right around the time I started a new job. I called her and asked her if she would just prescribe 1 month of blood pressure medication (medication I NEED) to give me a chance to get into the office and she wouldn't do it. She's rude anyway, and tells you all about her aches and pains when you go in for an office visit. Patients don't want to hear that @!#$, so good riddance. Maybe Dr Al is okay but she isn't...little does he know she belittles him. Doesn't even deserve 1 star - but I can't post what I want unless I give her a star. Dr al delivered my baby girl 16 years ago, and has still been her doctor ever since. Love dr al

Dr. Al has been my PCP since August 1983 and He has has referred me timely to Specialist (Breast Cancer & Oncologist) which saved my life 1993-1994!

Dr Nancy G Fagin is my type of Dr, knowledgeable and professional, she definitely cares about her patients health and well being. I'm very happy with her being my Dr and would recommend to family and friends.

Wish I could leave less than 1 star, but it wouldn't allow me to. I honestly don't understand how this doctor still practices or has any patients at all. Her office is extremely unorganized and rude. I originally had an appointment with Dr Faigin and as I was about to walk out the door to leave for my appointment, her office called me at the last minute to inform me that she was not there and had to go home. I understand things happen out of our control sometimes, so I was okay with this. They rescheduled me for the following day.... I show up and the office is closed! I call and reschedule for a third time... When I arrived, the normal routine took place as far as checking me in, filling out paperwork, taking me back to get my weight and blood pressure, etc.. I was put in my room waiting to be seen by Dr Nancy Faigin and low and behold, her assistant comes back in to tell me that Dr Faigin could smell my perfume when I walked by and could not see me today, because she is allergic to perfume. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This is the rudest, most ridiculous excuse not to see a patient that I have ever heard of. For one, I only had 1 squirt of perfume on my neck and one on my shirt.. Secondly, I feel that whenever her office staff schedules appointments with new patients, they should inform them of this, so they refrain from using any perfume/cologne. Well, long story short.. 3rd time is a charm and I will definitely NOT be returning to this doctor ever again! After reading her reviews, I honestly cannot believe that she is still a doctor. Please do not go here. I have never been treated so poorly. The staff up front all but one are completely rude and show a lot of attitude especially on the phone. The staff don't even compare to the doctor though. Dr. Nancy Faigin has been the least helpful and worst doctor I've had. I have had an injury for over a year and due to financial reasons had only been able to recently get help. She did not believe I had an injury until she got the reports of my SI joint injury and tendonitis. My most recent appointment was in regard for military paperwork which she as the general provider was suppose to fill out. She explained that I needed an appointment for the paperwork since it would take time to verify and sign. Once I showed up for the appointment she had no idea what the paperwork was (though being in the military herself once before) and had gave me attitude and tried placing the blame on me. She even refused to let my fiance come in because as she said she was "aggravated" and did not want him in the room though he would have understood the paperwork better. I explained to her that she had seen the paperwork before and had been the one to state to come in for this appointment. She had denied it and said she simply wasn't paying any attention and told me I should look for a new doctor. Don't even bother going here even if you are desperate. Please do not go here.
