The visit was phenomenal. Dr. Lawrence’s skills and bedside manner were awesome. Everyone that I interacted with from the front desk to the clinical staff were so professional and friendly - couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had MOS surgery today to remove squamous cell spot on my temple and was very impressed with how friendly and reassuring everyone was during my visit. Dr. Lawrence was excellent (first time I met her) and was able to get everything removed with the first pass. I can’t say enough good things about the support staff and other residents helping Dr Lawrence. They were all very helpful and did everything they could to keep me updated and comfortable during the visit. Check in was quick, the office was clean and comfortable. Thanks especially to Demaris and all the assistants who made this a very uneventful visit..

My visit with Dr. Lawrence’s office was an excellent experience. From her deck staff to her clinical staff….they were all friendly, efficient, kind and professional. Dr. Lawrence is the best surgeon and person!

This is my second visit/surgeries that I have came to Dr Naomi Lawrence for. She is truly a caring, professional and highly skilled Surgeon. Both of my surgeries were very successful and the healing process due to her Talent for surgery were amazing.

Had a 2nd MOHS by Dr. Lawrence. Most recent one handled different due to COVID. Nurse calls to explain procedure, answer questions and schedule procedure. Check-in paperwrk done online. At arrival, check-in was simple and taken to exam/procedure room quickly. Med assistants and nurses do everything prior to Dr. L coming in so she is only there to address any add’l concerns and do the surgery. Dr. L was very pleasant during the process. She made me feel relaxed, we talked about personal things and made me less anxious! She did the inside wound closure, but left the outside closure to be done by student doc. I would have preferred Dr. L overseeing what he was doing, it looks a little 'sloppy' and not what expected from a surgeon. Overall experience was fine. I would highly recommend Dr. L. As for the front desk, medical assistants and nurses, everyone was very nice and thorough. Demaris very pleasant/thorough, was the only one who introduced herself by name other than the Drs.

My husband had mohs surgery about 5 years ago with Dr. Lawrence. It was a terrible experience. Dr. Lawrence left about a 6 inch scar on my husband's face I wished we had never left our former mohs surgeon. I wished I had given my opinion after it had happened.

My experience with Dr Naomi Lawrence went from bad to worse. But first of you should know before going that only your initial appointment will be with Dr. Lawrence and all other appointments will be with student fellows in their 20s with no supervision. So, I had a small mass removed from my arm. It was stitched up badly and left skin pockets. When i returned the first time the fellow gave me a shot which helped the redness somewhat. The second time the fellow decided that the bumps might be milia (which it turns out they were not) and proceeded to try to remove them, leaving more trauma to the area. I returned yet another time because apparently i hadn't learned my lesson yet, but this time i insisted on seeing Dr Lawrence to ask her what she now recommended. She recommended a laser to the area and said that the fellow did them all the time. Now it seems that she lasered the scar to my vein which is now popping out of my arm.

After Dr Lawrence removed a small mass from my arm, using me as a model to teach the fellow that was trailing her, I did not see her again. She was not present to check out the area when the stitches were removed nor when I returned a few months later complaining about too much redness. She was not there to supervise the fellows and their decisions about how to treat the poor outcome of her procedure. When I did insist on seeing her again after screw ups by the fellows that did her follow up, she gave a poor recommendation which resulted in a bulging vein on my inner elbow. I now have to see a vein specialist. I wouldn't let her or the Cooper university fellows operate on the backyard squirrels.

Had Mohs surgery with Dr Lawrence The procedure went smoothly Dr Lawrence ,her associates and staff kept me well informed of what to expect during and following the surgery This helped to alleviate my fears and provided me time to ask questions I would recommend this practice to those requiring dermatological surgical services

My dermatologist recommended Dr. Lawrence for Mohs surgery on my face. Everyone was professional, attentive, and friendly. My only surprise was that no one contacted me after the procedure to check on my recovery. I would trust her again if I unfortunately need another Mohs surgery in the future.

No bedside manner whatsoever, didn’t listen just judged my sons condition. I would have been better off treating him myself! Would never recommend anyone to take their child to her! Was a complete waste of time and had to wait 3 months for an appointment! SAVE YOUR MONEY ANS GO ELSEWHERE!

Had several mohs surgeries and very pleased with Dr Lawrence and the wonderful care of all in the office and team... Highly recommend Dr. Lawrence...

What a pleasure the staff of this practice are to deal with! Coleen was quite wonderful, so helpful and understanding as she tried to help with my surgery scheduling. I would highly recommend this office!

Very professional experience. The procedure was explained in detail numerous times and the prep prior to the surgical procedure was detailed and professional. Dr. Lawrence , fellow and support staff were very pleasant and down to earth professionals. I highly recommend her practice to all.

Dr. Lawrence, staff (Dr. Decker) and office staff are outstanding! They scheduled my appointment in a quick and timely manner, listened to questions and concerns and provided excellent care. I highly recommend the Practice!

It was the worst medical experience I have ever had in my 73 years. Staff is cold and Dr Lawrence is more interested in her next patient. They left me alone after a sever reaction to their pain shots. My whole body was shaken. After cutting me open, she left me and let her associate sew me up. When I told him I could feel the needle, he offered more shots. I reminded him I had just spent 1/2 hour recovering from a reaction to shots, and his answer was " then you will just have to deal".

Comment is about her staff. There is a woman, Coleen, that you have to talk to about insurance. She is rude, talks over you, does not tolerate questions and just hangs up on you. I would recommend finding a different doctor just not to have to deal with Coleen.
