Dr Maheshari is very thorough and thoughtful. Dr Maheshari cares about his patients wellness . Always willing to listen and treat the underline cause not just the problem at hand. He goes to the CORE of the issues and find the best treatment plan. I love the office staff. They are truly caring.

The worst doctor ever! Never give refill on my thyroid med and I saw him a month ago was told f/u in 6 months but wants to see me in a month and left me no refills on medication needed to stay alive! Greedy for copay, DOESN'T LISTEN AT ALL ZERO, no compassion, I'm in the medical field and really don't think he knows what he doing!! Def finding another pcp The worst doctor ever! Horrible doctor. No empathy or listening skills. He is all knowing and does not let the patient take a part in the plan of care. Now my mother is on high doses of steroids and having dangerous side effects because of it. This is after we told him not to administer it. I will go further with this and God willing she will be ok.

I was admitted last night by this doctor. Even after the nurses and consultant said that my health seem to be back to normal I was told that I could go home until they reach Mr.Maheshwari. I understand he's a doctor and has other patients to attend to but when even your medical staff and coworkers are not able to contact you to discharge a patient that is wrong. I had to restort to discharging myself. So thank you for helping and not being reasonably accessible at the same time. I was admitted last night by this doctor. Dr. Maheshwari is very knowledgeable & detailed, he has been caring for my husband & I for the passed 3/4 years. He takes his time & gives good advice. The staff including Ari & Roxanna are very nice & accommodating. Friendly staff, not an awesome work though, and after we paid labbwork to Quest Labs through the office we started getting collection notices. I went there once, called twice, they said they'd handle it, and now my husband ended up with his name under collection for something that was paid. Very very disappointing! And when I called to tell them, the lady on the phone did not even apologize, she cut my talk telling me to bring in the bill and they will now talk to Quest Labs. Ugh! Arrogant, impolite, and has a dangerously sloppy new patient intake system. Any other doctor has a new patient questionnaire that helps you recall family medical history by listing multiple pages of possible diseases to select. His staff just sit at a computer and ask you to tell them with no such help, and even rushed through that procedure before I could think about it. I told him I would like him to review my prior doctors’ records because the last one I saw failed to check for blood sugar and the doctors before that had said I was prediabetic due to high blood sugar. He refused, saying that if I had a blood test it would have covered blood sugar. But that is not true- the prior doctor’s nurse told me they had not tested for it. I told Dr. Maheshwari that the doctor who did my last colonoscopy (in 2016)said I had to follow up with another this year, so I needed a referral because I’m in an HMO. Dr. Maheshwari said he would only order a colonoscopy if I was so anemic that I had to go to the hospital!! From the beginning he was humorless and unfriendly despite my attempt to be friendly and respectful, though insistent that I be allowed to ask questions. He doesn’t like that. After he made the comment about the colonoscopy he walked out without a word and after a minute a staffer came in and said the visit was over, he would not talk to me again. I’ve been to lots of Dr. Office, and I will say the office staff is very polite, very swift in handling my needs. They truly a gem. Dr. M is a prevention type of guy I respect that. He explains why he want you to change what will Be Better long term. I can go on.

Dr. M. has been my Dr. for 25 years. He is highly reputable in the North Broward area. Through the years i have received excellent care and advice from him and his staff. Some days this office can be busy and a bit hectic, he and his staff run a tight ship and keep patients moving along. I highly reccommend Dr. maheshwari for thorough medical care. Worst experience ever. Office manager( drs wife) either doesn’t understand patients insurance or cheats them on purpose. Has you paying deductibles instead of copays so better know your policy before you go. RX store saw that dr prescribed a drug that would have been fatal in combo with other drugs currently taken. Fought for months to get money back they overcharged me. Insurance co had to get it back. Do not go they are incompetents.

Horrible customer service starting at front desk. Extremely nerve racking office due to attitude of front desk staff.my documents are never on my chart after they are sent from other specialist,thus I cannot get referrals to get appropriate care.very dissapointed.no labs ,no meds,no consults,just pay copay ,Get bad treatment from front desk and have to find specialist on my own to complete my care.

Awful, I only speak for the customer service. Over 20 mins on the phone and I could not even get an initial appointment, they simply keep you on hold and then hang up.

I have been going to Doctor M. For years and years, he is the kindest Doctor ever and he will do anything to get to the bottom of a problem. For awhile he did have a problem with his staff but all is back on track, even when he was having trouble, he was kind, calm and caring. Everyone needs a doctor M.

The worst staff ever . Every time I've had to call I was put on hold for at least 20 min. The people working the phones are rude, and not very intelligent.

This Doctor has the worse staff ever!!! They refuse to do their jobs; I couldn't get them to do the needed referral for physical therapy after recovering from a broken arm....they lie about what they do....I am on heart medicine and because they did not answer the pharmacy request for a refill, I ran out of my heart medicine....stay away from them.....their lack of professionalism can be the death of you!!! The Dr. himself seemed okay, but you are dealing with his staff...terrible!!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Mahedhwari for a few years and we think he's great. He takes time to listen and is very conscientious. The staff have always been polite and helpful . We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new Dr.

This doctors office is nasty,and the people at the front desk don't follow threw with any thing such as phone calls,refferals,meds,this doctor is the vice surgeon at broward north hospital and has no buisiness having his a private practice,he doesent have time for his patients,and like I said the people at the front do not do anything right.
