Dr. Nasima Ahmed

Lauren Mar must either be a fictitious planted reviewer or a sadist. The only thing Dr Ahmed's office had going for them was being local as my Mother isn't very ambulatory. Stay away from this bunch. Too bad I was forced to give one star.

I’m sorry but honestly, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. They are trying to bill me for a service I received over a year and some months ago! The receptionist is very rude, she keeps calling me telling me she is going to send the balance into collections and ruin my credit, then gets mad at me because I work 12 hour days and don’t have the time to talk to her. All they had to do to get they’re payment was contact my insurance company. Instead, I ended up having to excuse myself from my work and three way call insurance with her which is something SHE gets paid to do. The fact that they billed the insurance incorrectly and want to come back at me with threats of wrecking my credit over a year later is simply unbelievable for a place that is supposed to be a professional doctors office. My suggestion, find someone who actually knows how to do they’re job and not harass and threaten people! You have a choice when it comes to the care you receive! Avoid this place! They’re just going to try to take advantage of you and charge you hundreds of dollars even though they know you have a valid insurance plan! DISGUSTED!!! Dr. Ahmed truly cares for her patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Ahmed’s for a few years now. She is always willing to take the time to listen to my concerns. She has provided me with great insight into my condition and has helped me to understand the different treatment alternatives available to me. Dr. Ahmed truly cares for her patients and works to ensure that they are provided with the guidance and support to navigate the different treatment alternatives. Dr. Ahmed and her staff are all lovely. Linda is kind, caring, professional and compassionate. I am very grateful to have found such great support so close to home! Terrible service. They incorrectly billed my insurance then tried to get me to pay cash. When I told them I had insurance and the insurance was responsible for payment they threatened me by saying they would send this bill to collections and ruin my credit! Long story short, got my ins. company on the phone and they put that rude, incompetent receptionist in her place! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF! There’s tons of doctors in the area who actually CARE!

As a former retired business executive I have grown businesses and have evaluated on there merits. She should not be treating former military personnel combat or otherwise. She did not take the time to evaluate my physical case before coming to her obtuse conclusions about my physical pains.I wish to escalate my insights feelings and observations.I found her to be not inclusive trite and uninformedI was treated poorly. As a former combat veteran I was not impressed .I think she was more interested in her private practice and interested in suplimenting her income.

Shocked at how not accommodating the receptionist was in dealing with a new patient. Actually hung up on me. Not the way to treat a patient in need who is trying to explain something. Receptionist's attitude reflects poorly upon the practice and the Doc,

I've been seeing Dr. Ahmed for almost a year now. I heard good things about her from older patients, so maybe that's why she is a geriatric specialty. But I wouldn't suggest you go to her if you are 20 something. She is very judgemental, conservative, condescending, and short, and it doesn't really seem like she actually knows me at all, even after all this time. After a 2 month absence, I had to remind her what medication she put me on and how much. I essentially have to reintroduce myself each visit as well. She asks me what I want to do with my medications, as though I went to medical school. Sessions are rushed and brief. And on bad days, I always leave the office crying and emotionally drained (I am clinically depressed). If you are a person with a fragile mental illness, looking for a kind and gentle medical experience, my advice would be look elsewhere.
